Welcome to Kemp’s Kove — a one-of-a-kind Crystal Beach retreat owned and managed by a local family. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space for 14 guests across two private structures, this is the ideal home base for families, friend groups, and multi-generational getaways.

❖ The Space
Kemp’s Kove is made up of a main house and a private casita — perfect for groups who want to vacation together while having their own space. The main house features 3 bedrooms (K/K/Full over Full bunk), 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch with a dining table for outdoor meals. The casita offers two floors of independent living, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom (Q down and 2 Qs up)— ideal for grandparents, teens, or anyone who values a little extra privacy.

❖ The Backyard
This is where Kemp’s Kove really shines. Step outside to your private fenced pool (heating available for $85/night Oct-April), a tiki bar with built-in grill and TV, a gas fire pit, and plenty of space for your group to unwind. It’s an entire resort — just for your group.

❖ Beach Ready
You’re less than a 5-minute walk to Destin’s sugar-white sand and emerald water. We include 8 beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach dolly with balloon tires so you can haul everything in one easy trip — no rental lines, no extra fees, no sweating it.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Crystal Beach area of Destin with wetlands on one side, Kemp’s Kove offers rare privacy for a property this close to everything. You’re steps from the beach, and a few minutes drive from dining / shopping — but it feels like your own little world.

We’re a local family who loves this stretch of the Emerald Coast, and we want your stay to be exceptional. We aim to respond within the hour and are always happy to help make your trip special.

We are a local family who purchased this property to share our love for the area with others.

Kemp's Kove allows for separate families or groups to come together and enjoy each other's company while maintaining some space through the two house setup. The pool, tiki bar with grill, and firepit are the perfect area to congregate. All of this is set in a cult-de-sac for more privacy and increased available parking. The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees October-April as long as temperatures are above 40 degrees outside.

Enjoy Destin's white sand beaches and Emerald Coast waters in a short 5-minute walk to the private beach access.

There is a main 3 bedroom / 2 bath house and a 2-story casita with 1 queen bed / 1 shower bath downstairs and 2 queen beds / 1 shower bath upstairs. These houses are separated by the pool, tiki bar, and firepit area. All tvs have Roku; we do not provide logins.
