Parking: Please note that our property does not include gated parking. Guests may use street parking or other available spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.

NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
PETS: Please let us know If you have a dog, even if it's a service dog. We would appreciate it.
We allow well-behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if a dog is in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will range from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick them up after your dog.
