Good Value in Sarasota

We had a very pleasant stay. The vacation home had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the location was quite convenient. The pool in the back of the house was a nice touch and quite private. As well, the property was clean and in good condition. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Spacious clean home

We loved this spacious house for our stay over Spring Break! The pool is so refreshing. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Stocked kitchen, very clean! Loved all the beach chairs, and toys that we could use. I would stay here again with my family easily.

Loved this house.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Everything you can think of is provided. Beach accessories-chairs, umbrella, wagon just to name a few. Close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this.

Sarasota home away from home

Our stay was perfect in so many ways. Home was very inviting, comfortable, and it had all needed amenities. Perfect space for our Family and even for our disabled daughter the open floor plan was great! I would recommend this property to stay at for others. And we would definitely return and stay in the future as well! Thank You!

Great stay in Sarasota.

We had a lovely time at this home. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. We appreciated the fluffy towels, beach towels, chairs and toys. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. We were surprised at the extras of soap/ shampoo dispenses and all the seasonings in the well stocked kitchen. The televisions are wonderful but bring your own passwords to your streaming services since, like many rental homes, there is no “cable TV.” Our drive to the beach was a short 12 minutes during our January weekday visit. The 3rd bed is too low to bring “both” of our 87 & 90 year old moms, but if it were just the two of us, we’d love to stay here in the future, Lord willing. Thank you for a very nice stay in your lovely home.

It is a very refreshing experience

The stay was great, the master bedroom was phenomenal, the ceiling fan looks like a chandelier , but then you turn it on and it turns into this powerful little fan! The house was clean ,and pool was amazing! Thank you for everything!

Sarasota Home Rental

We rented this home primerely because of it's general location to Siesta Beach. This home is just off busy route 41 and is between 15 minutes and 40 minutes to the beach depending on beach traffic. We quickly learned to either plan our beach day a little earlier or go to another beach such as Lido (which is a bit further north but equally impressive and less crowded). The rooms in the home were large and very clean. The pool just off the living room was a big plus. It is heated and is in a very private setting. Other than the traffic on nearby Rt 41 i would say that the negatives include the living room furniture which we found to be uncomfortable and the fact that this home is directly across from a RV Park. The park was clean and the neighbors were quiet but this did not render a favorable first impression. We had a couple of minor check in issues but Jane was quick to resolve them to our satisfaction. Overall we're glad we rented this property and would recommend it to others

Wonderful home with cozy screened pool.

Its quiet, peaceful and may just have convinced my family to move to Sarasota!! Nice kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Will be staying there again.

Pleasant stay

Thank you for the great accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, ourdooring grilling and poolside dining. There were ample kitchen appliances and dishes, (with the exception of glass tumblers-only two that we could see). We loved the layout and space of the house with an outside door to the pool from two of the bedrooms, and bathroom, very convenient. It would be a truly lovely place with some much needed updated decorating and newer bath towels, they were worn but adequate. We enjoyed the short drive to the beautiful, marshmallowy sand at Siesta beach and loved the St. Armand's Circle area with great dining and shops, and with a short walk to beautiful Lido beach. We saw stunning sunsets from both beaches as well as enjoyed morning yoga on the beach at Siesta and traveled up to our beloved Anna Maria Island for yoga there and Ginny & Jane's great breakfast. A fun and relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

Lovely Vacation

This is one of those homes that actually is nicer than the pictures can show. Close to the best gluten free bakery and beaches. We came down to look for houses in the area and fell in the love with the layout of this house. It was a nice treat to have the pool to ourselves. Great house.
