Our home sleeps up to 6 quests comfortably with 3 bedrooms (a king bed, queen bed, and bunk beds). One newly renovated bath and a brand new kitchen. We also include free boat parking on site, campfire wood and s’mores kit for the fire pit. Coffee bar & homemade cinnamon rolls. We are located just minutes from outdoor attractions and local landmarks. This is the perfect home base for your next getaway. What a fantastic cottage. It was decorated so cute! The location to the lake was perfect. We felt so at home there. The owner thought of every detail. They even decorated for the holiday!! They went above and beyond with providing all the necessities we needed for our trip. Loved this place so much!! We can’t wait to go back!!!

The house is beautiful, clean and cozy.We found S’mores kit for the fire and fresh cinnamon rolls for breakfast.The house has everything you need and more and the communication with the host was super easy.I would definitely visit again! :)

Cozy Cottage was exactly that! This was an overnight trip with my brothers. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. All amenities needed for our stay were provided. The cinnamon rolls and handwritten welcome note warmed our hearts:) In the evening, we enjoyed recalling childhood memories and our 80’s playlist around the fire pit which had everything needed to start the fire. Perfect location for our kayak trip. This home was just lovely.

Absolutely lovely little cottage home! It was emaculate and was decorated like it was straight out of a magazine. The host provided sweet little extras and my family had a wonderful stay. Very pleased with the communication and everything. Thank you so so much!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Cottage! It is adorable! Immaculately clean, all the modern conveniences, decorated nicely and just immediately feels like home. It is 20-25 minutes away from Ohiopyle and Falling Waters which is what we came to the area for. We loved the outdoor fire pit area. The beds are comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything! Basic toiletries, extra blankets, cookware, utensils, even aluminum foil, etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find homemade giant cinnamon rolls and a s’mores kit waiting for us! Thank you!!The ONLY thing I would suggest would be some basic cooking herbs & spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, etc. but that’s literally it.We will definitely be recommending this cottage to grunts and hopefully come back as well!

Exceptionally clean, newly renovated, well appointed cottage. Loved the little extras & the fire pit was awesome although weather was too warm to enjoy. Ease of communication with host made interactions smooth. Highly recommend!
