This place is amazing! We had a great time. Very comfortable home with a lot of emanates. It’s perfectly located so that after a busy day at the beach, kayaking or whatever one chooses to do…you come back to a quiet peaceful place to recharge. Very quick response as well if there are any questions. Highly recommend Tres Margaritas!

A native of the Augusta, GA area, I have enjoyed visiting Edisto since I was a child. In September of 2025, I was finally able to make my dream come true and own my first beach house. I have been involved in property management and real estate investing for 20+ years so it made sense for me to share Tres-Margaritas with others while me and my family also enjoy it during the down time. I have enjoyed making this home stylish and comfortable and I hope that you and your family / friends will make special memories too! Cheers!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This location offers such a peaceful and serene experience in the low country. From the time that you turn down the dirt road and meander through the tunnel of moss laden live oaks, you will know that you have found a quiet and secluded little slice of heaven and still so close to the beach, boat ramp, restaurants and grocery store.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this home unique is the amazing space under the house. You feel like you are in a tropical cabana on a lush island. There is a beautiful custom made bar, large TV, string lights, outdoor shower and even an air conditioned kennel for the pups to be close and comfortable.
