Located directly on a pristine beach, enjoy ocean or bay views from every room. This charming retreat is perfect for guests seeking a cozy getaway. Relax on the screen porch listening to the waves and watching the dolphins play or step out on to the huge deck and porches to soak in the sun. Perfect house to make family memories or a beach getaway with friends. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 adults with option for up to 8 guests including the two twin beds in the upstairs loft. As one of the last truly private beaches, Alligator Point is a true hidden gem.

Excellent location, just steps away from the beach. The house is spacious and very clean. Plenty of kitchen items and activities to entertain friends and family. Hope to stay here again!!
