Really great place! Great location and everyone was super comfortable while there. Loved that there were even detergent pods for us to do laundry with! They even had a baby playpen and baby high chair for my little one!

We had a great time here! Place is very beautiful and Roberto, our host, met us and went over everything. The location is perfect! You won’t be disappointed, highly recommended!!

This property is OUTSTANDING. Very modern & updated. Everything you’d expect & more for a large group. We were 4 couples. Superb location. Manager Roberto is excellent, thorough, and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

We loved the apartment. We were a multigenerational group of 8 people and everyone had enough space. Each room having its own bathroom was especially nice. The elevator is tiny but we were grateful to have it! Roberto was a gracious host, walking us through all the details we needed to know. He also gave us a map of the city and marked the best stores, the metro location, etc. to give us a head start. The Eixample/Passeig de Gracia area is amazing! Stay here if you can. It felt extremely welcoming and safe. The metro is convenient. The food is just delicious. We raved about the neighborhood and can't wait to go back. Bonus, there is a patisserie just two door fronts down from the the apartment with great coffee, croissants, and chocolate. Just an amazing location for a big group. Highly recommended.

Terrific location, close to everything. Facilities were excellent with comfortable beds, beautiful design features, lots of light and the 3 large rooms worked great for 3 couples and 2 small children. Will definitely be back, the hosts Roberto and Antonio were prompt with communication, recommendations and genuinely wanted to provide great hospitality!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay in Roberto and Antonio’s beautiful apartment. Literally, everything was beyond perfect! The location, communication, furnishings, and the pleasure of knowing both of them made our stay one of our best experiences ever.

This place is a perfect spot to tour Barcelona. It is situated in a spot where you can walk to most attractions. More importantly, the apartment was clean, perfectly decorated and all 4 bedrooms have their own restroom. Finally, the host (Roberto) was knowledgeable, friendly and always available to answer questions. When I return to Barcelona this is the place I'll stay.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Barcelona

This apartment was everything we hoped for and more—elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and filled with natural light. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from charming cafés, local markets, and historic landmarks. We truly felt like locals, yet had all the comforts of home. The host was warm, responsive, and easy to communicate with. A magical place—we genuinely didn’t want to leave!

The perfect location and apartment for a visit to Barcelona. The apartment was stunning and had everything we needed including comfortable beds. Check in was well organised and informative and Roberto went over and above to welcome us. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed in a lot of rental properties. This ranked at the top. Not a single complaint.1. Roberto, the owner, met us at the property, and spent about 30 minutes with us, discussing the property, nearby restaurants, nearby sights, and the area in general. He was a great host, always available to answer questions, etc.2. We had eight adults - four couples - in our group. The property easily accommodated us. Its large, airy, nicely appointed, with ample space for everyone.3. The property is in a beautiful area in the center of Barcelona, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and sights nearby (Gaudi house a block away). Its a 10-15 minute walk to the Gothic area, which although lively, is always crowded, loud, and much ore touristy. Everyone agreed we would not want to stay in the Gothic neighborhood.We recommend the property highly.

Absolutely Perfect Place

The property manager was super helpful! He sat with us for 30+ minutes with a map and gave us ideas of where to eat and how to navigate the city. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It is also a very nice size, and we felt completely safe. It is located in the perfect area for shopping and dining and other activities. It was wonderful!

Amazing home in great location!

Loved this property. 4 beautiful bedrooms with their own bathroom. We walked 1.5 miles from the train station to the apartment but could have easily taken the green line straight to Passeig de Gracia. The location was great for getting anywhere in Barcelona. It was clean, had a lot of light. The best place we stayed in Spain!

Fabulous Apartment with Wonderful Hosts in Barcelona

I brought our 3-generation family of 8 people to Barcelona and stayed in this apartment. The hosts greeted us in person and were willing to help in any way. The unit was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Beds and bedding were of excellent quality. The location in the city was perfect. I recommend it highly.

Would use this place every time….

Terrific location and lovely, comfortable set up, stylish, with four bedrooms each with its own bathroom and enough room to relax - we were a family of two grandparents, two couples, each with a one year old, and one single. The space worked great and Roberto and Antonio were both super helpful and communicative. Air conditioning was key as we were there in later June. Neighborhood was good and pretty close to many things. So happy to have found this one.

Excellent apt and location

Excellent location! We could walk to most places and plenty of cabs available in the area. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower which was great for everyone. The host was very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. High floor so very little street noise and nice views.Apartment was decorated perfectly. Nice flow and very comfortable. Truly 10 out of 10

Great Location in Barcelona with Amazing Service

The service that we received from the property manager, Roberto, was amazing. He waited for us in the car park and assisted us every step of the way. The apt. is in a convenient location and has a very nice coffee shop below with good sandwiches for the morning... The beds were comfortable and great showers, every room has its own en-suite toilet and bathroom. A big plus is that you can open the windows. The only downside is that the master bedroom has only a bathtub. Will be happy to come back. thank you, Roberto, we enjoyed our stay.

Place is fine but the owner is extremely greedy and a terrible host. We requested cancellation due to a death of an immediate family member but the owner refused. Even Vrbo reached out and asked for him to consider cancellation but he just wanted to keep the money without any regard or compassion.

Thank for your review, we take them all really serious. But you should explain the whole situation, you wanted to cancel 7 days in advanced even though you accept the booking policy once you booked. I offered to refund the money if i could rent it again, but you did not reply to that. This year alone is the 3rd time that people request cancellation for this matter, and ironically a really close family member of us also died on your dates and we continue with our job. Thanks and hope you have enoyed

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment. From the start, Roberto was super communicative - asked when we would be arriving so he could meet us, went over directions, etc. We arrived in the morning, and Roberto was there to meet us and also allowed us to store our luggage. He also gave us suggestions on where to eat nearby. We loved the place so much we went back twice!The apartment itself - wow. The pictures are extremely accurate and the place is very comfortable. It was the perfect size for all of us. The location of this apartment is also very convenient and walkable to a lot of spots. If you have a larger party, I highly recommend this apartment. When I visit Barcelona again, I know I will definitely see if this apartment is still available. Thank you Roberto for a wonderful stay!

Thanks to Antonio and Roberto my friends and I had an amazing time in Barcelona. The apartment is very well taken care of and clean and in a great location -- close enough to everything yet far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of the deeply tourist areas. We never felt unsafe at all during our entire time in Barcelona. The city is lovely. No issues with check-in. Roberto and Antonio helped us make sure our bags were secured prior to our arrival since we had an early arrival from our cruise ship docking. The apartment is right near Casa Batllo, which is a must-see if you are a Gaudi fan. We basically walked everywhere. There's a great little market down the street called Bon Preu which Roberto let us know about, so we ended up cooking in a few nights even. Just be aware that it is on the 7th floor, however, there is an elevator. It's just a bit slow and small as are most elevators in Europe (if you're used to big elevators in the US). Was never a problem for us, though! We would definitely return and stay here again.
