Located at the entrance to Dollar Point in Tahoe City, this home offers convenient access to the lake, downtown Tahoe City, and our premier mountain resorts.
Situated directly across from scenic walking trails and adjacent to the bike path and bus stop, you'll have easy transportation options to explore the area or visit nearby resorts.
The main floor features an open-concept living and kitchen area, perfect for gathering with family or friends. Cozy up next to the electric fireplace after a day outdoors. The backyard and updated patio provide a beautiful space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book in the afternoon.
Accommodating up to twelve guests (ideal for two families or a group of friends), the home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

Flat driveway with parking for five vehicles
Close proximity to three major ski resorts
Adjacent to the bike path and bus line for easy access to town and the slopes

Bedroom 1: King (connected to Jack and Jill bathroom)
Bedroom 2: King (connected to Jack and Jill bathroom)

Parking is available for five cars on the driveway only; street parking is not permitted per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months

* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
