Quaint 1920’s Beach Cottage with Stunning Views
Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at Casa Amarilla, nestled on St. Joe Beach between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. Just steps from the sand, this cozy coastal getaway is the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, salty breezes, and the charm of old Florida.
Casa Amarilla is located right across the street from the beach and boasts beautiful ocean views. The dolphins can be spotted swimming from the screened in front porch as well as the beautiful red orange sunset. The house is in the Beacon Hill community about 10 miles west of downtown Port St Joe, Florida and a few blocks from Mexico Beach. Veterans Memorial Park is down the street from our house.

We chose Beacon Hill because it offers something truly special. While it’s not much of a hill, the slight elevation gives you some of the best views along Highway 98—perfect for soaking in those stunning Gulf sunsets. Just steps away, St. Joe Beach is peaceful and rarely crowded, making it ideal for morning walks, shell hunting, or simply relaxing with the sound of the waves.
