This single-level apartment sits within Emaar Beachfront and is designed for relaxed, everyday living. The layout flows easily from the living area to the kitchen and dining space, with no stairs inside the home and elevator access in the building. A private entrance makes arrivals and returns simple, whether you are heading out early or settling in for a quiet evening.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, room-darkening shades, and a TV for unwinding at the end of the day. In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option. The apartment accommodates up to three guests, offering a comfortable setup for couples or small groups.

Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details in the check in form (sent in confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow apartment access

2- register your stay with tourism authorities

The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.

The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
