Property Manager: I am a pharmacist at Duke Hospital who discovered an unexpected passion for property management and real estate. What began as renting out my own homes as short-term rentals quickly grew into something much more. I fell in love with managing properties, creating memorable guest experiences, and soon decided to obtain my real estate license. As my business expanded, I began managing properties for others and found so much fulfillment in helping both owners and guests that I eventually reduced my hours at Duke to focus more on my new business.
