Perfect for Longer Stays -- Work from home, rest and regenerate, or explore new adventures at our pet friendly Shady Grove apartment, your new home away from home. Shady Grove is in a quiet, safe family neighborhood, centrally located in the historic Lehi District of Mesa with easy access to 3 major freeways and minutes from Shopping, Dining, Golfing, Spring Training, Falcon Field, Light Rail, Schools, Parks, Medical Centers and the nearby towns of Tempe, Scottsdale, Gilbert and Phoenix. This cozy space features a comfortable Living Room with seating for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a set of bunk beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and a single sink vanity. Large picture windows with black out shades overlook the park-like grounds and gardens. You'll enjoy all necessary amenities like fast Wi-Fi, 3 smart TV's, a separate work station with a monitor, a well-equipped family cook-in kitchen, on-site Washer and Dryer, separately controlled AC units in the living room and both bedrooms, and nice to have extras such as an iron with a full sized ironing board, a hair dryer, a first aid kit, a vacuum, portable fans, and cleaning supplies. Starter soaps and kitchen supplies are provided for your convenience. Guests also enjoy the large covered patio with an outdoor dining table and additional bench seating, morning coffee taken at the separate sitting patio with a bistro table, as well as the bubbling fountain, Shady grove offers a lovely, private fenced 1/2 acre with enchanting gardens and tropical fruit trees, off-street parking for 2 vehicles, and a secret fairy garden for children or pets to explore, Come and enjoy our lovely city oasis.

I am retired now but traveled a lot in my career and I used to hate going to a sterile, boring hotel room, particularly for extended stays. My daughter-in-law and I are hosts for this property and we enjoy traveling ourselves and offering a quiet, restful and pleasing place to stay for fellow travelers, their families and their furry friends.

It is a quiet, safe, family neighborhood offering large green tracts of land with lovely stands of trees. We are within walking distance of the grade school. The grocery store, pharmacy, urgent care center, dentists and vet a clinic are literally just minutes away, and we are centrally located with easy access to 3 freeways. Due to location we have easy access to Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert and Fountain Hills. I loved the large acreage, fenced yard, the off street parking, and the very private and secure location.

Shady Grove is in a "country island" in the Lehi Historical District with lots of acreage, green trees, and hiking and biking trails nearby. This is a quiet, safe family neighborhood, but is literally just minutes from shopping, schools, fine dining and entertainment venues. I chose this property because I fell in love with the lush emerald green of the trees and lawns and the beautiful gardens -- a true oasis in the desert.
