This condo is the ideal abode for a family of 5/6 members or a cluster of friends. It boasts two queen-sized beds and a sofa/futon that can be unfolded into a full bed. Situated conveniently at the Island Colony, this unit offers plenty of amenities that guarantee a comfortable and luxurious experience. Spacious interiors and impeccable design, you`re sure to feel right at home!

The Island Colony Condominium is a place like home. You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor.
We always make sure that you feel comfortable and safe during your stay. We maintained the cleanliness of the unit and sanitized with professional grade cleaning solutions prior to your arrival.
We share facilities with the Island Colony Hotel, and they also help us handle check in, checkouts, as well as lost keys. You`ll have access to the pool on the 6th floor and if you`d like access to the gym, it costs $5/guest for your stay and you`ll have to sign a waiver during check in.
Pool & Jacuzzi (Opening hours: 7 am - 9 pm)
Gym (Hours: 6am - 8pm)
This property is walking distance to the beach, which is about a 5 minute walk or 2 city blocks away. it is located right next to the International Market Place (IMP) shopping center as well as many great eats.
Parking is available from the hotel at $40/day and the day starts when you drive in. Parking area has a height limit of 6 ft 2 inches.

This unit is located on the quieter side of Waikiki, a block away from being central. The beach is about a 5 minutes walk, and being on Ala Wai Blvd, it gives you easy access to and from your accomodations.
Everything in Waikiki is walking distance. Parking is paid at the building $35/day with in and outs unless you booked our very car then parking is free! Paid Street parking is also available, with street parking being free on Sundays.
We do the registration process prior to your arrival for smooth check-in. We have front desk available 24/7 for check-in.

Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Our condo is part of a hotel, and although we share facilities with the hotel, the front desk is just for check in and checkouts, should you need anything please contact the host who can help you with questions and concerns.
We cannot Guarantee the amenities such as the pool and Jacuzzi will always be open throughout the year (although they usually are). Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances out of our control that will cause those features to be shut down. However we anticipate the facilities to be operational for at least 90+% of the year
Lastly water maintenance and general maintenance around the building are performed year round. There is a very small chance that one of the days in your reservation there will be work being done in your unit. I will of course let you know well beforehand. (example: water shutoff for maintenance, usually only lasts a couple hours.). These jobs are completely sanctioned by the hotel and is our of my control. I hope you can understand in these very rare instances.
