Adequate but not much more. New floors were a great upgrade but a lot of this unit needs some attention. View was wonderful but would pick another Sailmaker unit over this one with better updates next time.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. I would suggest pulling the carpet up in the bedrooms and putting wood floors or tile with big rugs. The carpet in front of the bathroom vanities is a little gross to me. But other than the cosmetic changes this condo was great.

Beautiful location. Gorgeous views. Enough space for our family of five, we had the best time. But be aware the unit needs upgrades (bedroom rugs gross, old linens and old blankets, old showers , poor shower heads and water pressure). We still had a blast but if that’s a problem for you this unit is not for you.

Access to beach was great. Location was convenient and the surroundings were quiet. View from the balcony was beautiful. Kitchen was adequately stocked and beds were comfortable. However, the unit overall was not clean to a satisfactory level. There were dead bugs and cobwebs in various corners of the ceiling and kitchen mats were dirty. The carpet throughout the unit is in need of cleaning if not replacing, and paint is needed throughout the unit as well.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beach access, convenient location, quiet surroundings, beautiful balcony views, and comfortable beds. We’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit did not meet expectations during your stay. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments about the cobwebs, dead bugs, flooring, and overall condition have been shared with our cleaning and maintenance teams for immediate review and improvement. This was a wonderful option for on the beach. It is an older property so it lacked some of the things that have become staples in a lot of rentals; however, I believe the price point reflected that and, while it lacked those things, it certainly did not impede anything about our stay (ie, not USB ports - we had cubes). The kitchen was well appointed (brew pot, no Keurig so bring filters and ground coffee) with everything you need for day to day living. The condo was very spacious and the view was amazing. Communication was great and timely. Some of the other reviews mentioned the cleanliness. I'd say it was clean, but not gleaming. Some of that is just the nature of it being a rental - scuffed walls, etc. Some of it was lack of attention to detail - dirty sock under one of the beds and a cleaning rag left on the stair rail. But I did not see anything that made me feel like it was dirty. All in all, we had a great time. It rained one day and the puzzles in the bedroom closet were lifesavers!

Thank you for the five-star review for 106 Sailmaker! Glad it was a great on-the-beach option and that you enjoyed the spacious layout, well-equipped kitchen, and the view. Thank you for noting the price/amenities balance and the coffee-maker details — that will help future guests. We appreciate the honest feedback about cleaning and attention to detail and will pass it along to our housekeeping and maintenance teams. Happy the puzzles saved the rainy day. We appreciate you choosing Casago First Coast and hope to welcome you back.
