Beautiful view

This is a very clean unit , conveniently located within steps of both a pool and the beach. The Omni plantation area is lovely , with walking paths and shops nearby. Parking is easy and there is an elevator. There are three sets of stairs once inside the unit and I can imagine that wouldn't work for some people. The beds were comfortable. The living room area does have much older furniture and that would be my one critique. It stands out from the overall value of the unit. The management company was easy to work with .

This property was perfect! The set up of the condo was excellent for our needs with each bedroom having their own bathroom. We liked the entry and laundry foyer to keep our beach/pool/shoes stuff away from the rest of the living places to keep things clean. There was lots of seating for everyone (6 people). Beautiful views of the ocean. It was an easy walk to the pool and beach. There are stairs to the beach, but was not an issue for us. We love having laundry and kitchen needs at a property within the unit so we can reduce how many clothes to pack and eat some meals at the condo. One of the bonuses of the unit was the beach stuff to be used. - coolers, umbrellas, folding backpack style beach chairs (that are truly comfy) and the beach wagon. The beach wagon was no ordinary beach wagon, but a style that had large tires and a HUGE platform to hold all our stuff (chairs, coolers, beach toys). It does require 2 adults to lift it up and down the stairs to the beach, but was not an issue for our family and was a life saver! There were beach towels. The beach itself was not super busy as the units are not high rise ones like at other beaches so never got overcrowded (even as a June summer break week)The unit was quiet and clean. There was a broom and vacuum to keep up with errant sand. The checkout process was easy, with no significant cleaning required. Always a plus for a rental.
