Dreamy days consist of spending time on the warm sand mere feet away, as beach access awaits directly below your retreat. You will also have access to a shared pool should you want to take a dip.

This newly updated condo features brand-new stainless steel appliances and designer furnishings. Enjoy amazing views from your private balcony, as well as from the primary bedroom. Also featured in this space, is an efficient living room with a plush sofa, a large TV, and a luxurious, well-equipped kitchen.

This gem of a condo is located on the fifth floor, facing southeast with lots of natural light. Here, you're granted the best beach views. For an added layer of convenience, appreciate access to an in-unit private washer/dryer.

Great property and location. Unit is as advertised - clean and comfy with awesome beach view. Assigned parking spot was nice to have. Will be back.

The condo was exactly as described. One bedroom do not have any windows.We had 2 problems during our stay:(a) the email from the new property manager did not specify the condo number and we had to refer to an email from the old property manager(b) there is a 10 digit code to use to access the condo. If you put the code in too fast or slow, you will be denied entry. It would take several tries each time to unlock the door.

Very Merry Stay!

What a wonderful place and view of the ocean! It was so inviting, welcoming, clean and had everything we needed. The decor was lovely and we loved looking at the view every minute! We will definitely be staying at this lovely condo again. Thank you to the management for this "Merry Christmas" experience we won't ever forget!

Great property!

Loved our location! Very clean, nicely decorated! Plenty of room for my husband and me. Kitchen was great, lots of appliances, dishes, and pots and pans. Ocean was steps away! We’d stay here again!

Nice little spot!

Had one little issue with toilet but rapid response and repair was appreciated. We were warned about the construction around the building only issues it created was walking access to the beach. Very clean and cozy unit convenient to shopping and restaurants.

A perfect stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this rental immensely. The photos online were exactly as shown. It appears this unit was recently remodeled with new appliances. Owner added extra items to make our stay pleasant. The bed was quite comfortable. Nice to sit on the balcony. We would stay here again.

Short trip in Jacksonville

Unit was very clean, updated, comfortable bed, very good instructions for everything. Bonus was the startup soaps, shampoos etc. The storage unit with chairs was also an added bonus. I feel like the owners thought of everything for this unit!

Enjoyed our time in this unit. Great view of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom was tiny with no windows which was not ideal.

Long weekend getaway

My mom, sister, & I rented the property for a long weekend getaway. The view from the master & living area was great! Check in was easy. The unit was clean. The washer & dryer were full size, making it a breeze to wash beach towels. It was as pictured in the listing. Owners were super nice & very helpful when we contacted them about a small issue regarding the door lock.

Better than the pictures!

Wow wow wow! The view from this condo is incredible! We caught the sunrise on our last morning, while sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee. It was truly peaceful and beautiful at the same time. We came here as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room in this very nicely renovated condo! Everything was explained well via text and printed on the fridge. We stayed here after a 5 day cruise and enjoyed that we could go home with clean clothes because of the laundry machines in the unit. The access to the beach couldn’t be any closer and we liked being able to use the items in the storage for our beach days! Overall, we had an incredible experience in this condo! Definitely recommend staying here!

Lots of issues but good management

When we arrived after a long day of travel, all we wanted to do was take a hot shower, eat dinner and walk in the beach. But, we turned to water on and it came out muddy. We immediately called the management and sent pictures. We asked for another room or a reimbursement. At first they did not want to until they saw the pictures and we told them it was not safe or sanitary to shower or drink. After several hours of back and forth they moved us to a new condo but same location. There was loud construction outside of the balcony too. I was glad the management worked with us. The first place was dirty and dust too. And we paid a $200 cleaning fee when we booked (for what I don’t know, it was filthy). The second place was nice but it took the entire rest of our evening for management to find a new place even though it was in the same condo complex building. Since check in was until 3pm in the first condo, we didn’t get to our other condo until after 8pm so it really was a disappointing day. We wasted one whole day and night of a 2 night stay. Management did finally offer us a compensation of our booking fee.
