Really nice condo with a short walk to the beach. Good location for going into the city. Loved the big heated pool with nice lounge chairs. The biggest irritation was having to input a 10 digit code to open the door. Seriously, we had to take our phones for the code every time we went anywhere. 4 or 6 digits would work.

Just ok for moderately priced condo

The 2 BR, 2 bath condo was small but had everything we needed for our week’s stay for a family of 4 with 2 teens. The bathtub drain in guest bath was clogged when we checked in as discovered upon first use of that shower. I replied “Guest Services” several times as directed in the check-in text as directed for assistance, as well as replying with specific information about the drain issue, and received no reply. I ended up calling the 800 number in the text and spoke with a person who said they couldn’t guarantee a response time and that it would be 3 or more hours. We ended up plunging the shower drain several times, which is not what we wanted to be doing on our vacation, and resolved the issue. If we ended up staying here again we would book a unit directly through the Ocean and Raquet Club as they maintain and service their units and have maintenance personnel on property to quickly resolve any issues. Our unit was through VRBO/Vacasa and therefore required calling the national line for assistance. Overall, the unit was ok for the price. Furniture could use some updating and the amenities in the kitchen could use replacing as each piece seemed to be from a different set, but there was plenty. The large pool was advertised as being heated, but was definitely not. We stayed in one of the courtyard buildings with a hot tub in the center. Hot tubs are much smaller than they appear in the photos and seat only 4 people.

Loved this unit

We all loved the resort. We were close to the pools and not far from the ocean. Loved how I could just back into a spot and unload our luggage right at the door. I'm usually not a fan of ground level units but the convenience of pretty much backing up to the door and unloading luggage made this mom's life much easier. The one thing I wish I had known and it wasn't listed (and I actually sent a message about) was all the beach items. That needs to be in the listing!! We definitely loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Excellent place to stay in St Augustine

We loved our stay in this condo. The decor was nice and had a beachy vibe. The bathrooms appeared to be recently updated and the furniture was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too. There was a hot tub out our front door and two pools across the parking lot but the beach was the best part. Nice access and section of the beach. The condo is centrally located close to groceries and restaurants. When we arrived the kitchen faucet leaked when it was turned on. I called and they came out and fixed it immediately while we were at the beach. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location, fine place

This is a great location and complex in St. Augustine. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and the pools and hot tub were great. My only complaints would be: -the condo wasn’t the cleanest. There was lots of long hair on the shower walls. Not a big deal, but it does show that they weren’t cleaned. -the kitchen wasn’t super well-equipped for cooking for a family of 5. We made do okay, but there a few things we would have liked, like a mixing bowl, sharp knife, vegetable peeler, or spaghetti spoon. Overall, this was a great place to stay. The location and complex amenities made up for some of the things we didn’t love about the actual unit.

Condo needs updating and deep cleaning, but pool was nice and amenities were good.

No problem renting just think if you charge for cleaning, then the place should be cleaned!

Wonderful place for family! Close to pools, beach, and several hot tubs! Ground floor was wonderful! Great restaurants nearby and shuttle service to downtown St. Augustine within walking distance! You won’t regret booking your next vacation here!

Proximity to the beach and overall property amenities were great.

Overall really well stocked property, beach chairs, towels, kitchen and bath stocked well. When we arrived the AC was not on which resulted in a very musty smell, we couldn't put our clothes in the drawers it was so bad. After running the AC at 72 for two or three days the smell went away. My suggestion would be to have the condo aired out or the AC on upon guests arrival. Outside of that hiccup we had a great stay.

We were highly satisfied with the condo. Great location. Everything was provided just as listed. While the area is safe, the guarded front entry was very reassuring. Terrific access to the beach. We were very happy. Zero complaints.

Unhappy with cleaning

I really think you need to review your cleaning people there was a ring in toilette that need attention and the floor was so dirty I wear socks because my feet get cold and I really hate to keep shoes on in house and mine and my son sock were black from floor as your place we loved it the hot tub there was supper nice other then when we got there the sheets were on bed and there were also dirty looked like someone sleped on them sweated sorry if this afends you but I would reayycheck on you cleaning crew but thank you for letting us use you place

Relax in a cozy space

Hot tub right out side door was amazing! Pool outside just a few steps away very convenient. Beach just a short walk . Guards at check in was super nice we loved Mr chuck there was just something about him you just instantly felt at home and safe . We had a great stay Beds were very comfortable, air worked great .. really not much to complain about could use a little updating but hey it was a great trip .

A Great Stay

My daughter and I had a great stay here! It was very clean and had no musty smell what so ever! I appreciated that so much! The kitchen had everything we needed, and was very well stocked with beach gear. Although we didn't use them, they had tons of beach toys for little ones! Umbrella was great! The complex itself is in a great location! We felt very safe, and it was extremely quiet at night! We didn't use the pool, but it seemed nice, as did the tennis courts. And you really can't beat the amazing beach access! Can't wait to return for a longer stay!

Perfect for our vacation.

We had a great stay. The unit was close to the pools and the lakes. My son actually caught a fish in one of the ponds and it delivered a bunch of fry as we were removing the hook. They enjoyed swimming in ocean and the heated and the non-heated pools, since they are hardy northerners. The beach was expansive and even during the holiday weekend where cars were parked along the length of the dunes, there was plenty of space and access to the shore. The unit itself was well stocked with beach stuff to include a wagon which was key to getting to the beach with the gear. The kitchen had what I needed to prepare the meals that I made. There was no traditional coffee maker, just a Keurig, so we bought one for our use and considered leaving it as a gift, but then I accidently broke the carafe. Which probably explains the Keurig. Next time I will buy an insulated carafe coffee maker that is less fragile. The condo grounds were well maintained and my wife was impressed that she saw no bugs inside or outside. She hates bugs. Overall, it was a perfect place for our vacation and we would stay again.
