We were traveling in for an event. We were planning on getting some rest and getting ready for event. Instead, we arrived to a completely dirty apartment that wreaked of marijuana. This happened even though we received confirmation that our place was ready to check in. Instead of relaxing i was forced to wait 2 hours to check in. There were other events in the city so rooms were hard to find. Once we were in there were still things that needed attention so we did a cleaning once we got in. The hosts have taken a week, now, and still have not resolved our issue. Very disappointing.

We couldn’t even check in. We walked into the room at 4:00 and the room hadn’t been clean. Cigar butts on the floor. Food and trash everywhere. House smelled like marijuana smoke. We had 3 children with us and were not staying in a smoke filled room. Property manager couldn’t do anything. Didn’t have any other rooms. I will be waiting on my refund but they are complaining about that as well. Horrible experience. Host/owner had nothing to say. To apology, nothing. Truly should be ashamed of himself.
