We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great. There was plenty of things to do in the area. The condo was really nice. Just like the photos. Host was very responsive.

This was a very nice area that felt safe. There are several shops and places to eat that are walkable. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent communications with host! Beautiful place! I will definitely stay here next time I am in Birmingham. The proximity to all the cool downtown places is an added bonus. This condo is so comfortable. I honestly cannot find any negative aspects. Not one. It is a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend.

Great place

It was a great place for our family to stay. Good restaurants close by and central location for us to get to where we needed to go. We’d definitely stay there again.

Quick trip to Birmingham

Excellent place to stay if you need to be close to medical facilities. Extremely nice property and great overall experience. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

Beautiful, Central Location

Loved the tall ceilings, natural light and clean, modern furnishings. Easy to walk to restaurants and nightlife. Super fast response from host when a question arose.

Girlfriends Getaway

Wonderful property for a weekend getaway--walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. Unique building with lots of character. Thoughtfully renovated space--we loved it! Highly recommend.

So the apartment itself is in a great location and appointed ok. The heat didn’t work and it was 60 degrees when we walked in. Contacted the rental ofice and it took 2 days for them to send someone and in the end they had to order a part and we would have no heat for the entire trip. There was a small electric fireplace but with the high ceilings and giant windows it really didn’t get past 65. So we just threw a sweater on and accepted our faith thinking something would maybe be done to make it right. We were given a 75 credit. That surprised us and as we do come back to Birmingham on a monthly basis this property won't be in the rotation.

Good Experience at Utopia

Good downtown Birmingham experience with lots of nearby amenities. Low(er) cost parking a bit of a challenge but figured it out in the end. Rental was nicely furnished and had multiple layers of security into the building which was great. Overally a good experience!

Great girls weekend!

Had a fantastic girls get away weekend. This was the perfect condo for me and my former college roommates annual get away weekend. The area is perfect and super walkable. Fantastic restaurants, specialty shops and plenty of free parking and safe area. Bridgette was responsive and helpful!

Great apartment!

Parking was a little challenging and the elevator buttons are worn down so it’s hard to put in your code to activate the elevator, but other than that the place was fantastic! Parking and elevator cannot be controlled by the owner but the apartment was clean, roomy, stylish and had everything we needed!

Perfect fit

We attended concert at legacy arena , location was perfect for this. Arena and lots of restaurants in walking distance. VRBO was super clean and nicely done. The old brick and mortar building was really cool and the restoration of building was spot on. This is a must stay if in Birmingham!

Wedding Weekend

Was a perfect location for a wedding weekend. Bride and a couple of bridesmaids stayed one night and then bride and groom stayed second night. It was spacious, modern and clean. Convenient location. Thanks!!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is just as pictured. Well decorated and spacious with a light airy fell. The host was always available to address any questions I had. There are lots of restaurants including a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. It does get a little loud from the busyness of the downtown area and restaurant next door but this seems to simmer down after 10:30pm or so. Note: I was the only one there but if you have more than a couple of people, be sure to bring extra towels.

Perfect Birmingham location AND stay!

We were absolutely thrilled with this listing! My family attends swim meets here every year and finding a safe and convenient location to the crossplex for sporting events can be challenging. This location is clean, only 12-15 minutes from the crossplex and the options for local food and shopping are great. The building is super cute, safe and very clean and up to date. The ONLY issue can be parking during the evening hours by we still managed great spots on the roadside each day coming to and fro multiple times. Highly recommend. Also the manager was super responsive when I had questions regarding checkout and what to do. Will definitely be staying here again.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 4 days and it was the most comfortable stay I’ve ever had! The condo is fully equipped, centrally located, easy to get in and out and it’s absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to book it again!
