You’ve chosen the ideal location - this home boasts a 5 min walk to Napa Valley Expo & Bottlerock, a 10-15 min walk to Downtown Napa’s Restaurants & Tasting Rooms, the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Copia, the Oxbow Public Market, as well as Napa’s Farmer’s Market on Saturday’s after you catch a Yoga Sculpt Express class at Yoga West across the street (our favorite Saturday ritual). Finally, a short 10-30 min drive will take you through Napa and deep into the luscious valley of vineyards (known to locals as Up Valley) to test your palette of some of Northern California’s finest wines.

Our smart lock system provides guests with the convenience of keyless access throughout their stay. From the moment you drive into the driveway, you will have two points of security: access through a side gate adjacent to the garage with a keyless keypad , granting you access to the backyard, and additionally, a keyless keypad on the back french doors of the home in which you will enter.

Please note that the garage door remains open for your convenience to enter and press the button on the wall that allows you to open the garage to park. We encourage you to please always park directly in the garage.

We’ve established these house and community guidelines to ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and high-quality stay. By booking, you agree to follow these rules.

- No parties or large group events/gatherings of any kind on the property.
- Our home is located in a quiet, respectful neighborhood. We kindly ask that you help us maintain this atmosphere by being considerate of our neighbors during your stay.
- Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM. To respect our neighbors, no backyard activities are permitted after 9:30 PM.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors.
- No extra or overnight guests without prior approval. Please message us if you plan to have additional guests.
- Please unplug all unused appliances, hair tools, and laptop chargers when leaving the home. Ensure the stove, oven, and AC/heater are turned off.
- No pets allowed.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- No mail or package deliveries to the property.
- Do not unplug electronics or smart devices.
- Do not move or rearrange furniture during your stay.
- Park only in designated spaces provided during check-in.
- The jacuzzi is provided for your enjoyment. Please use responsibly — all use is at the guest’s own risk.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.

Property Disclosures:

We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and backyard/garage entrance, which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
