Beautifully maintained home, had all the amenities that you would need. Quick communication with owner, and all descriptions were accurate. Approximately only a 15 minute drive into town, but there are done food places available. Enjoyed our stay very much

This place is really nice and very well outfitted with all of the essentials and then some. It is extremely clean and well maintained. My family and I had a great visit. The host was extremely helpful and the information was shared in a timely manner and very detailed. It is definitely a 5 out of 5 stars!

A Would definitely recommend! Before booking, I asked the owner about a TV in the spare bedroom since the photos didn’t show one. They confirmed there wasn’t one but immediately offered to install it — and they did. That kind of service is rare and set the tone for the whole stay. Communication was fast, clear, and gracious, even when I forgot to take care of something on my end.The home itself is fantastic. A lot of stairs, but beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. So many small touches made the stay feel special. The location is perfect. Downtown Nashville is pricey, but here you can park in the garage and take a quick Uber downtown while still saving money — and enjoying far more space and comfort than a hotel. The neighborhood felt very safe, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by.Highly recommend!

We decided to meet family in Nashville for Thanksgiving and found this to be the perfect house to suit!! From the moment we booked, our host reached out with a lot of useful information. We told them about our plans and how we were meeting up with family, all from out of town. They provided a ton of great ideas for what we could do as a family. It got us even more excited to get there. Both families had long drives so upon arrival, it was great to be welcomed with super easy access details, and a plethora of necessities and snacks so we didn’t have to run out immediately. We were able to fit 2 SUVs in the garage as well! As we unpacked, we felt we were able to settle in quickly and familiarize ourselves with the layout. Since there were two couples, having two ensuite master bedrooms was a great set up! There is also a bedroom for the kids with a full bathroom which is rare to find! It had bunk beds and an extra for room! It even had a pack and play with plenty of room! The TV setups were perfect in that we could log into our own streaming accounts or watch local TV. The couch is big enough to fit all 6 of us to hunker down for some Christmas movies. Attention to detail was not overlooked in the amount of kitchen staples available! Getting around town was a breeze! The distance from anything we wanted was 20 min or less.In all, the house was perfect for our needs, the host was super attentive and helpful. Our memories made will last a lifetime!

Excellent location if you’re staying near Nashville, we were there doing some downhill mountain biking and going to the Nissan stadium for the AMA Supercross. Condo had plenty of room, all beds, super comfortable, everything we needed Right off the interstate. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in that area. Super easy check in and out. Will definitely be back.

This town house was very nice. The host provided clean towels, complementary coffee, tv in each bedroom except the kids room. Access to the property was very easy. The property was very clean. I was very pleased with my stay. There are 3 flights of stairs. If you don’t mind the stairs you will be very pleased with this property.
