This cozy getaway features a full kitchen with appliances, a comfortable living room with a large smart TV, and TVs in both bedrooms for your entertainment. Enjoy the bright coastal décor and peaceful vibes throughout. Bring your furry friend or baby, as long as they are well-behaved, we are pet-friendly.
Step outside to the private backyard oasis — complete with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, lounge chairs, and umbrella with led lighting. Conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and a very short drive to the beach!
You’re just a short drive from Siesta Key’s stunning white-sand beaches. Nearby, you’ll find the Ringling Museum of Art & Circus Museum, featuring art galleries, the historic Ca’ d’Zan mansion, and lush bayfront gardens.
Nature lovers will enjoy Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, with tropical and coastal plant collections.
For performing arts, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall offers concerts and shows along Sarasota Bay.
Also close by is Sarasota Jungle Gardens, where you can stroll through lush habitats and see flamingos and other wildlife.

The house was truly lovely, and the hosts were exceptionally caring, kind, and attentive in their communication. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach, with stores conveniently nearby, making the stay feel comfortable and welcoming.

The hosts are amazing, checked in on us if we had everything. The place is great, but could use at least one salad bowl. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it.

The house was clean, and in a good location. The backyard was fenced which was great for our small dog. The hosts were very responsive and kind. They might consider a kitchen counter upgrade.

The only reason I am giving more than one star is that the woman host gave me money back after this incident. I arrived and noticed it was dirty so I informed the host. Multiple areas of the home were dirty including the hot tub which is not sanitary. Upon informing the host a man appeared at the rental drunk and started yelling at me a female who is much younger than him.He was rude and tried to tell me I was seeing things. I told him to touch the dirty areas and visible things such as hairs and crumbs were moving. There was unidentified objects in the hot tub to which he replied he dumped chemicals in it. He then told me my standards were too high and that I must be afraid of germs. He also insulted me by saying I must be a millionaire and it’s not a luxury rental. The man involved is very unprofessional and I felt unsafe. This ruined my entire trip. Beware.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns seriously; however, we do not agree with the characterization of this stay. Concerns were raised within minutes of arrival, including several subjective items unrelated to cleanliness (such as décor preferences). While we are always willing to address reasonable issues, expectations appeared inconsistent with a standard short-term rental as accurately described in the listing. As a good-faith resolution, a prompt refund was offered so the guest could seek alternative accommodations. Despite this, no resolution appeared satisfactory. Regarding the allegation of feeling unsafe, this is taken seriously. The individual referenced was present solely to assess the reported concerns. Any suggestion of misconduct or intimidation is not consistent with our understanding of the interaction. We stand by the condition of the property and our commitment to maintaining a clean and properly managed home, as reflected in our overall guest feedback. Renter beware: this booking involved expectations beyond what was represented and dissatisfaction despite a refund being provided.
