➥ 10% Down Payment – Required at the time of booking to secure your stay
➥ Final Payment – Due 14 days prior to check-in
➥ 20% Down Payment for stays of at least 30 days, first payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and on the 1st of the following months
➥ Parking Limit: Maximum of 2 vehicles per condo
➥ Check-In: 4:00 PM (Contactless Entry)
➥ Check-Out: 10:00 AM
➥ Door Code: A unique entry code will be sent at check-in via email and text message for a seamless arrival
➥ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request (subject to availability and additional fees)
➥ Please review all the House Rules before booking.
➥ Note – washer and dryers are located on the first floor in each building
across from the elevators. There is not a w/d in the condo.

◆ Cancellation Policies

➥ Stays under 30 days: Guests may cancel without penalty up to 14 days prior to check-in.
➥ Stays of 30 days or longer: Guests may cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in.

Armbands are required to be worn while on property for guests 12 years and older. PLEASE
NOTE: Parking passes are $30 and wristbands are $6 each
