LISTING SPACE
→ 2 Bedrooms / 1 Bath – Sleeps up to 4 comfortably
→ Direct Gulf Views from the living room, master bedroom, and private balcony
→ Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a gorgeous blue glass backsplash
→ Bright living room with large flat-screen TV, cozy sofas, and floor-to-ceiling windows

→ The person making the reservation needs to be 25 and over to book and be present.
→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!
→ No Pets. Only certified service animals are allowed (no ESAs per HOA rules). Documentation of the service provided is required in advance of stay. No exceptions.
→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor!
Starter Supplies Provided:
