The hosts were extremely welcoming and quick to respond to messages. The property was very clean and free of pest.The pictures are exactly like their property. The view and comfort of the property made it hard for us to leave it and venture into the city. I would definitely book this again!

Really cute top floor condo right on the beach. Spacious and clean, full balcony with chairs overlooking the beach and ocean. Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. We liked the designated underground parking in the garage and direct access to the beach. The whole area has a chill vibe, family friendly and welcoming. There is a drip coffee maker and filters, bring your own coffee, creamer, sugar, etc . We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Ease of booking through VRBO. Melanie and Jaden responded to my inquiries within 2 minutes no matter what time I sent the message.The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The view from the balcony was incredible and the local restaurants offered many choices for dining. Great experience and I will book again when the opportunity arises. Thank you Melanie and Jaden!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property location was amazing in terms of being within walking distance to lots of restaurants, which was a high priority to us. Unit was very clean and lined up with the expectations set with photos on the listing. The only real issue we had was that the elevator for the condo building had a horrible smell the whole time during our stay. We were on the 5th floor but sometimes took the stairs just to avoid it. Not something the host can control but worth noting. Also note that for check-in you have to stop down the road from the condo to get a key.

Our stay was wonderful, plenty of things to do within walking distance and a pretty beach! Staff answered very quickly in the app. The only down fall for us, which may be a perk for some is that there was a restaurant/club that go pretty crazy at night.

Great location and fabulous view!

GREAT LOCATION! Great view and comfortable space and beds. Easy parking. All you need to create meals and dine with a view. Host was gracious to provide an earlier check-in. Thank you. A continued effort by host to provide chemical/fragrance free cleaning and linen service protocol would seriously improve this rental. We all want to breathe clean, fresh air, ocean air, not fake fragrance on everything! Please go free and clear products for a better experience. Sorry, on vacation we don't do chores when like everyone, trying to get up and out to catch flights. That is what cleaning fees cover.

Stunning sunrise views!

Fantastic ocean/beach views from living areas and main bedroom! Good location in “downtown” area lots to do within walking distance. Complex is older but nothing problematic, unit was fresh, clean, and nice beach decor. Main BR king is comfy, we didn’t use the others. LR/DR furniture is rather “minimalist” per the pictures. Spacious, but if you are looking for a place to snuggle up for movie night with the family or socialize a lot inside this may not be the right choice for you. It was great for just two of us as we spent our time on the beach (easy access to lifeguard protected area) or exploring the area. Check in - had to go to the property office to pick up the complex key first to get into the building and get garage opener but it was literally two blocks away and instructions were very clear. Kitchen seemed nicely equipped with more than the essentials though we didn’t use much. Enjoyed our stay, would choose this property again.

Overall experience was good. Loved having access to chairs and beach supplies and toys. However, the parking garage spaces could have more room to park. Was driving a van and it was hell to park in there. Also, a cart for luggage and other things besides a grocery shopping cart.

Unit was very clean and the view of the beach was awesome! The elevator needs updating and so does the lock to get into the building. Other than that no complaints.

Downtown Cocoa Beach

Pros: Great location-several bars/restaurants in walking distance. And they are currently building a food hall directly across the street so there will be even more options soon. Condo was spacious Bed in main bedroom was comfy (didn’t use other beds) Parking was not an issue Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys provided Cons: Check-in process was confusing. Needed to go to a different location (which we never found with gps) to get a key to enter building. Luckily, we found someone entering the building and they let us in. Condo was a little outdated but nothing horrible. There was some updating being done to the outside. Hopefully inside will be updated soon too. Public beach access is very close to the building so the area behind condo gets very busy (especially on weekend). Wasn’t a major issue, but just expect a few more people than buildings not near public access. On the up side, the area behind the building is lifeguard supervised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed on the 5th floor - beautiful view - saw shooting stars and a rocket launch. Beautiful sunsets. Very nice stay.

Wonderful Stay in Cocoa Beach!

Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely book here again. Location has an amazing view of the beach/ocean (amazing sunrise views) and is short wall to a lot of restaurants options. Overall environment was quiet and the condo had all of necessities we could ask for!

Quick trip before cruise

The building is under maintenance, but the unit was beautifully done and just what we needed. There are a ton of beach and water toys located in the garage! My kids didn't need to bring anything. The beds were comfortable and I like how the unit was not clutteted like some are.

The trip was very pleasurable. There was some leaking from the walls and sliding doors, but a person showed up quickly to see what was causing the flooding.

Clean property, great location. Parking an issue until you can get garage opener. Sidewalk under construction, so no available street parking. Lock boxes were not numbered for key. Luckily, only a few minutes and agent appeared with key.

Cocoa (Canaveral) Beach Stay

Trip started out with the rental agency doing a property switch because they overbooked the property. This was stressful as we just got back from a cruise and had nowhere to stay! Agency did have another property in nearby Cape Canaveral. Beach front but limited beach view. We booked beach view. Cape Canaveral property was nice and clean. Easy access to beach and property had a nice pool. Would stay at the Canaveral property in the future.

Amazing Stay

Just what we had hoped this unit would be. At first I was unable to get a response about check in questions, trying to reach them by phone email and text. Within a couple hours though I had multiple responses from multiple agents. Check in was a little tricky as no one was in the office and the numbers had faded off the lockboxes. After trial and error we got our key. The office is located within walking distance to your unit which was nice. The building seems to be a little older, but the condo was absolutely beautiful. It smelled clean and towels were still warm. The kitchen was stocked with all neccessities, even extras like blenders, graters, seasonings, ect. There was plenty of space for the kids, extra beddings and smart tvs. However other than a couole puzzles, the game cabinet fiscussed in other reviewd no longer exist.(we didnt visit the beach to play board games so not a miss for us) The view was what will bring me back! The biggest balcony we have ever rented with double access. It was so amazing and waking up to the view right from your master bed was remarkable. The parking garage was a nice convienence. Tight spot but still felt secure having it. The beach extras provided were a nice guesture, or things people have left. Just make sure chairs and umbrellas are functional before dragging to beach (we learned the hard way). Some updated may be needed. Beds may need new mattress, washer seemed a little dated, air could work better,but we would stay again.
