Close to beach!

Had a great visit to Cocoa Beach. Really enjoyed this home. Spacious with lots of bathrooms.

Beach vacay

Greg's place was so nice, spacious and clean! 5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room to be together to watch a movie and eat our meals and also to spread out and have our own space. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing blue beach house

This was a huge and clean property! We go yearly to cocoa beach and we are in search of a perfect annual house…this is it. It was huge, clean, and great for multiple ages! All the bathrooms were amazing. We love that the rooms are upstairs and the kitchen is down for people that wake up at different times! Beds were more comfortable than most other rentals we have stayed in. Any issues we had the property manager was very quick to respond and keep us up to date! It a walk from Dunkin and multiple other restaurants as well as the beach! Really hope this property is available next time we vacation down!

Great Stay at Cocoa Beach!

Everything starts with communication and Greg was on point. Smooth process and even let us check in early and a later check out time if needed. The house was an A and the private bathrooms for each room was a bonus since we had 5 adults. In the garage were boogie boards, plenty of beach chairs, a surf board to use and a beach buggy to carry things. Everything we needed to have a blast. The Dunkin Donuts right around the corner was perfect. Greg was a fantastic host and very attentive to us. We will return for sure.

Great spot at the beach!

We loved the spacious accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Foosball table. Wish we could have used the bikes in the garage without an additional fee. But loved our stay!

We LOVED this space!

We had such a great stay with Greg! I traveled with my soon to be ex-husband and 2 adult daughters. Having the three bedrooms and three bathrooms was so great. The place was super clean and well appointed. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver! We were able to do laundry before boarding our cruise. We walked to the beach (about 1 1/2 blocks away), the Cocoa Beach pier (about a ten minute walk) for surf lessons, and ubered all around Cocoa Beach. It really was such a great space- I highly recommend it and if I return to the area I will be staying here!

It was a nice big property and all the the beach supplies came in very handy. You can rent the big boards and bikes but the boogie boards were free and more our speed

Great vacation home

Great vacation spot very close to beach , just in walking distance, close to restaurants. The house was very spacious and nice and the owner was easy to get in contact with. My family had a great time together there.

Family Beach Vacation

We LOVED our stay here! So close to the beach and everything else. We walked down to the beach every day!! The house was clean, well equipped, & very spacious. If we ever come back to cocoa beach we will stay here! I’ve already recommended it to a friend as well.

Relaxing beach getaway

This is a great property that is located one block from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the pier. There are restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the main roadway. The house is spacious and clean. Every bedroom has it’s own restroom plus a restroom downstairs. Beach accessories were made available to use. There are tv’s in every room and the balconies were convenient to watch July 4th fireworks from. There is limited access to temperature controls but the house was always cool and there was not a need to lower the temperature, even at night. The manager was proactive with information and easy to contact and reach out to. Thank you Mr. Noone for a great experience on the beach for my family and I.

Extended Weekend Getaway

House was clean and big. Definitely plenty of room for any group. Centralized location and extremely close to the port and plenty of restaurants around. If you bring a family plenty of activities for children as well. Owner extremely quick to answer questions as well. Great overall experience!

1. Greg is AWESOME to work with! He is friendly, his expectations and directions are clear, and he is professional. 2. The location is AMAZING! Short walk to the beach and close enough to walk to a few shops and restaurants, too.Cocoa Beach Pier is an easy walk, too. (We even did the walk with kids two different days!) 3. The place is EXCEPTIONAL! Clean, updated, spacious, and stacked with helpful kitchen/bathroom supplies! We especially loved the big kitchen! …we will DEFINITELY be back! If you’re looking for a reason to book your vacation here - we hope our review helps convince you! :)

Beautiful beach house

We were in town for a family reunion. Greg's place was big, modern , very comfortable and clean. Location was good with lots of restaurants and supermarket right across the street. The house was well equipped with everything you need and very close to the beach and pier. I would recommend Greg's.
