With only a block and a half separating you from the sandy shores and the surf, you can go whenever you like. Kids bikes are also available in case your younger guests want to go for scenic rides. After a fun day out and about, come back to your inviting vacation townhouse. Sporting light pastels and beach-themed decor, it blends the luxury you desire with the ambience of home. Lounge comfortably in the living area together watching your favorite shows on the TV, or enjoy quiet time in the separate den. When hunger strikes, head to the spacious, well-equipped kitchen to whip up a snack or meal for everyone. If you'd prefer to go back outside, throw something on the grill and bask in the warm California air as your meal sears to perfection. Eat together inside or dine alfresco on the rooftop deck where you can view a picturesque sunset to complement your food before heading to bed for the evening. Great stay!

Wonderful home, very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to beach and all kinds of eateries. We will definitely book this home again when we come back to Oceanside.

Loved our stay

The stay was great and we enjoyed it. The property was a little dirty and not as well equipped as we expected but we made the best of it and still enjoyed the stay. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed walking to the beach every day.

Comfortable and roomy space

Perfect location. We felt safe our entire stay. Walked to the beach and restaurants every day. The home is comfortable, plenty of space for 7 people. Thank you we will stay again.

Overall Great Stay for Family w Toddlers

Very convenient to services, restaurants, beach. Great for families with young children. Equipped with beach toys, kids bikes, 2 pack-n-play infant beds, loads of sleeping options. It was actually much roomier than it appears in the photos.

Great place near the beach

Great place with close beach access. It’s probably best for families with older children. Front door doesn’t lock from the inside and our toddler kept opening the door. Overall, beautiful house with lots of space!

Great for a beach vacation

This townhouse is in a wonderful neighborhood, close to the beach, Thursday markets, shops and restaurants. The kitchen has all the dishes, glassware and cooking equipment you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and made up with very nice linens. Toiletries are excellent. There is a cabinet with lots of toys and games. This is an excellent property for a family beach vacation.

A large unit with plenty of space in bedrooms and living areas. Terrific location, close to restaurants and beach. Unit was clean but dated with a few maintenance items that needed attention, but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment of our time together

More spacious than advertised. Actually had 4 bedrooms(we only used 3). Hot water was strong and always available. Would come back next year if the price was right

Great

This is a great place to stay in Oceanside. We will definitely look into it again if the opportunity comes up. The property manager was extremely attentive regarding a dishwasher issue (which didn’t pose a problem to us at all and had zero negative impact on our stay). From very stars all the way, especially for the neighborhood and location.

Pull out beds not as advertised but Great location

The location is great, with a short walk to the beach and down town ocean side. The pull out beds were terrible, so we had to use air mattresses for adults. It took me awhile to get ahold of someone about the issue. The kitchen is minimally stocked and could use some better pots/pans. The sheet pans were rusty. We had to buy toilet paper during our stay. When I finally got ahold of somebody, they brought an extra air mattress which was a nice gesture.

So much space!

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the property. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk from the house. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream etc. a short walk away. Decent area overall. Market right across the street which was very convenient when we needed anything. There is a bell for the train that goes off often but you can only hear it from one of the bedrooms. There were several homeless people walking around the area but no real issues. Overall a great stay! There was a pack-n-play available for use if you have small kids. We bought one when we got there as we didn't know if one was provided. Fortunately we were able to return it.

Great property. Large, clean, comfortable, and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vacasa-VRBO It was larger than expected, clean, and well furnished. We experienced almost no outside noise, but the upper oven and dryer were both loud when in use. We brought our two grandchildren (1 & 3 years old) along, as well as their parents. For these kids, it was wonderful that there were two port-a-cribs, plastic table ware which the kids could not break, a beach wagon for hauling kids and supplies the few short blocks to a very nice beach, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The two main bedrooms were both large with king-size beds, TVs, walk-in closests, double sinks, tubs, and showers. The other bedroom was much smaller with a queen bed. In addition, there were two Murphy-beds and two hide-a-beds available. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, tableware, spices, olive oil, etc. A little short of toilet paper, and clothes-washing pods for our 6 day stay. It was a short walk to a hoping "downtown" area with lots of food choices and shoping.

Great stay with the family for Christmas! Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5, with beds left to spare. So many conveniences. Easy access to I-5, walking distance to the beach, local convenience store across the street and only 3 blocks from Starbucks. Management was very accommodating! Listing showed a “Pack ‘n Play” but an oversight made it unavailable. One text message and it was delivered within the hour. Would definitely stay here again!
