Great accommodation

The apartment is like described. It is very well equipped and has all you might need. I stayed in it for four weeks and didn't lack anything. I would definitely stay in it again.

Peace and Quiet

Walked in to a beautifully maintained, light airy property. Could not have asked for a better apartment. Close to the beach, restaurants, the rink, and a gym. It was just what was needed. Facilities when i wanted to be active. Peace when i needed to concentrate

Perfect spot by the lake

This is a great place near the lake, downtown, restaurants. Perfect for walking. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Well appointed carriage house; everything you could want or need is supplied. The host Emily is very responsive, ensuring our comfort. Absolutely recommend this little gem.

Hidden gem with a peek-a-boo view of the water

The owners of this property are phenomenal hosts. They were available whenever I had a question, and they are extremely knowledgable about the area. The unit itself was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and quiet, and is equipped with more than the standard amount of amenities that I have seen in prior units, especially in the kitchen. The decor is adorable, and there is one private parking space right at the stairs to the unit. I have enjoyed my time at this property, and would return in a moment. The location is phenomenal as it is only a few steps from the water and some great restaurants and coffee, shops, as well as from the main street and Gyro Park. I would recommend this unit to anyone who has the needs as clearly stated in their listing. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Great location

This is a great property. It’s close to downtown and the beach. It’s very clean and has all the amenities you need. The balcony is a nice size and it’s not in the Sun so you can sit out in the daytime without getting too hot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it

Repeat visitor to Penticton - Excellent Place to Stay

Stayed at multiple hotels along the strip over the years. Subpar. Second time using VRBO. Loved the location, amenities, size and the hosts basically left you on your own. They provided a great resource binder if you were new to the area or perhaps wanted something new to explore. We will recommend to friends/family. Hoping to stay here again. Perfect place to stay in Penticton!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and everything else we could need. It was easy to find as well. We had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony. I would recommend it 100% and it’ll be on my list the next time I am in the area!

Fantastic spot!

Very bright and well stocked with all necessities. Centrally located and walkable to most places. Accessible parking and The day bed on the deck was my favorite spot to watch the birds and the sun rise. Can't wait for our next visit! Emifantastic host!

Perfect Penticton Hideaway

Great location close to lake and Main St. area and very comfortable for a couple. Great privacy due to orientation of apartment over garage with windows and pation facing away from the house, but owners right on site if you need them. Well equipped.

Lovely Stay and Perfect Location

My partner and I stayed at Emily's place for a few days in July while awaiting the arrival of our extended family for our wedding. Check-in was easy and Emily was a fantastic host, even allowing us to keep our bikes in their back yard during our stay. Emily's place was very well appointed, and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved the outdoor balcony, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a bite to eat after a busy day. The location was fabulous, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Penticton.

This property is owner built, owned and occupied. We live in the main house with our two young boys, baby girl, Oma, the dog and a cat.
The vacation rental is a carraige home above our garage.
My husband and I grew up in the Okanagan but met in Vancouver where we lived for 11 years before returning to Penticton to slow down from the busy city life, start a family and enjoy all that Penticton has to offer.
Having built and lived in one of pentictons most desirable areas over the last seven years, we have finally built our dream home. The neighborhood in which we live is mixed, from young families to retirees who have raised there own families here. Even though we are in the heart of Pentictons summertime action the neighborhood has a strong sense of community and friendliness. We look forward to sharing the experience of Penticton life with you.

Flanking the beach are a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping and family fun amenities such as, bike rentals, water sport rentals, adventure park, skate board park, water park, and horse drawn carriage rides. Only a short walk away is Pentictons Downtown core with more shopping, restaurants, banking and galleries, as well as, Penticton's famous Saturday Farmers Market. At the tip of Main street Gyro park holds weekly free outdoor concerts, celebration for holidays as well as hosting the start and finish lines for many of the cities triathlon and bike races. The variety of amenities at your doorstep make this vacation rental ideal for all ages and interests.
