We really enjoyed our stay at this homey carriage house. It had everything we could have hoped for and more…including a good selection of spices, and lots of little extras including shopping bags! The location was perfect for exploring Lakeshore Drive restaurants and a short distance to shopping and the art gallery. This place was roomier than shown in the photos and also very quiet.

I had a wonderful stay here! The accommodations have everything you need and more, including a cute little deck where you can relax and enjoy the evenings after watching the sunset on the beach. The location is perfect…you can see the lake from the deck :) And the fresh flowers on the living room table were a beautiful touch. I highly recommend staying here when you’re in Penticton.

Lakeside Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. Unit was filled with everything needed for a comfortable time. Location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to Okanangan Lake. The host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for entry. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Super quality, super clean, super location!

We loved this perfect spot for our stay. Emily and Jared are great hosts and completely attentive and available to their guests. This unit is stocked with everything you would ever need. The location for hiking trails or downtown highlights are all in walking distance. The lake and beach just steps away.

Our stay in Penticton was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable and decorated with style. It had everything we needed to make 'living' there easy and the proximity to the beach, restaurants and the convention centre meant we didn't have to drive anywhere. Great accommodation

The apartment is like described. It is very well equipped and has all you might need. I stayed in it for four weeks and didn't lack anything. I would definitely stay in it again.

We had a fantastic 5 day stay at this VRBO. Emily was a wonderful host and the unit was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable, and I am picky when it comes to the bed. All the amenities were modern and in good condition. She was even kind enough to provide an electric extension cord so we could plug in our EV. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Perfect place to stay in Penticton!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and everything else we could need. It was easy to find as well. We had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony. I would recommend it 100% and it’ll be on my list the next time I am in the area!

This property is owner built, owned and occupied. We live in the main house with our two young boys, baby girl, Oma, the dog and a cat.
The vacation rental is a carraige home above our garage.
My husband and I grew up in the Okanagan but met in Vancouver where we lived for 11 years before returning to Penticton to slow down from the busy city life, start a family and enjoy all that Penticton has to offer.
Having built and lived in one of pentictons most desirable areas over the last seven years, we have finally built our dream home. The neighborhood in which we live is mixed, from young families to retirees who have raised there own families here. Even though we are in the heart of Pentictons summertime action the neighborhood has a strong sense of community and friendliness. We look forward to sharing the experience of Penticton life with you.

Flanking the beach are a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping and family fun amenities such as, bike rentals, water sport rentals, adventure park, skate board park, water park, and horse drawn carriage rides. Only a short walk away is Pentictons Downtown core with more shopping, restaurants, banking and galleries, as well as, Penticton's famous Saturday Farmers Market. At the tip of Main street Gyro park holds weekly free outdoor concerts, celebration for holidays as well as hosting the start and finish lines for many of the cities triathlon and bike races. The variety of amenities at your doorstep make this vacation rental ideal for all ages and interests.
