Welcome to Landings Chalet, a luxury Steamboat Springs vacation rental just 0.6 miles from Steamboat Ski Resort, brought to you by Vacation Rental Co. Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious single-family home is an ideal basecamp for ski trips, mountain biking, gravel cycling, pickleball, hiking, and year-round Steamboat adventures, with easy access to the Yampa River Core Trail and Steamboat Tennis & Pickleball Center.

After a day outside, unwind in the private outdoor hot tub or gather around the gas fireplace in the spacious great room. The home also features a chef’s kitchen, heated garage with bike and gear storage, EV charger, outdoor dining with gas grill, and convenient access to downtown Steamboat Springs, restaurants, shopping, and recreation.

Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.

A $5500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

This home was just as pictured! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect! It was a short 10 min walk to the base or 5 min to the little market. Everything about our stay was wonderful, we will be back!

Beautifully updated home! We loved the radiant in floor heating and the heated garage. Location was great - I was able to easily walk back and forth to the main base area to watch my daughter's race. Easy and quick communication with the host. We will definitely look to book again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing time at this home in Steamboat Springs. The home was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. We even had a moose in the front yard one morning! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect house

Great location within a five minute walk to the slopes on a neighborhood sidewalk. House was a perfect layout for a family. Kitchen was huge! Would love to stay again in the future!

1927 Spinnaker Lane

The four of us had an excellent stay at the house. The kitchen had all that we needed. The living area was comfortable for the four of us and the beds were comfortable. We were not familiar with radiant heating, so getting the correct room temperatures was a bit challenging. Also, we had to space out hot water use for showering. Overall, we would not hesitate to book this property again!

Spring break

Everything was nice. The HMO did not clear our driveway any and it iced and snowed pretty hard vi saw them at other houses. Thank goodness I had a 4 x4 truck. Or I would have been struck other than that it was nice

Stay was good. No AC in downstairs bed rooms. Most windows did not open or have screens on them so we could not open the windows. The batteries were out in the upstairs ac unit controlers. AC in family room was making noise when on. Other than just those minor things it was a good stay.

Truly perfect

The property is listed exactly as it was! It was clean and spacious and comfortable. It is not walkable to the mountain with little children, so we did drive everyday! The unit had everything you needed and then some! It even had sleds for the little ones! Nothing was missing and it was spotless!The only issue we had was when we arrived the thermostats were set to 60 degrees per the instructions on check out and it was freezing cold! Since it was radiant heat it took several hours for the unit to warm up which was hard at 4 pm to wait until the middle of the night.- especially with the small kids! We will be returning next year and hope to stay at this property again! It was easy to access close to everything and really clean!
