Property was very clean and nice . It’s definitely family friendly . It’s literally walking distance from Beale st and other attractions . The view is also very nice 10/10 definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this loft! It was exactly what our family needed for our one-night stop in Memphis. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We all slept great, which made getting back on the road the next morning that much easier.One of my favorite parts was how safe and secure the building felt, which gave us peace of mind since we weren’t familiar with the area. Our youngest was especially impressed by the massive TV in the living room. (It was definitely a highlight for him!)The host was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and provided detailed instructions ahead of time that made check-in, parking, and everything else completely stress-free.We would absolutely recommend this loft to anyone visiting Memphis and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again ourselves!

This place is the true definition of a hidden gem! The check-in and check-out process was a little tedious (you retrieve and return the keys is in a different location—only a couple of blocks away). But the communication from the host was EXTRAORDINARY! The experience with her literally removed any and all worries! The location is EXCELLENT! A little rough on the exterior but absolutely amazing on the inside. Don’t let the walk through the building confuse you. It gives a New York vibe inside the building. It is beyond safe. The views are great. And there’s always something going on outside. If you prefer a quiet location, this is not the rental for you. There’s police presence in the parking lot and in the general downtown area, but not the kind that give the wrong intention (IYKYK). The beds are comfy and CLEAN. The amenities are great. EVERYTHING is clean. The there are tvs and charging stations in every room. There is ample bedding, blankets (THE BEST), and towels. This place is definitely a going to be a go-to stop anytime I’m in town and need to be near the downtown area. *If you’re into vintage aesthetics, check out the ceiling and columns on the walk from the parking lot gate.
