Experience the best of Memphis' culture on the top floor of this stylish 2BR/2BA penthouse flat at our Memphis Rhythm River Retreat. Enjoy the stunning views of the downtown skyline (including the Mississippi River, Hernando de Soto Bridge, and the Bass Pro Pyramid), tall ceilings, and open living space. Natural light pours through the beautiful panoramic windows, while the wall art highlights the vibrant soul and rhythm of the city. A soulful, luxurious stay in downtown Memphis awaits you!

Our penthouse flat offers two bedrooms, two queen beds (and a huge queen air mattress with additional bedding/pillows available as well), and two full bathrooms. The flat has a full kitchen, dining area, and open living room space with natural lighting throughout the flat. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, access to three TVs, an ergonomic living room table, breathtaking panoramic views, and a fully equipped gym. There is also a balcony connected to the main bedroom. Step outside to discover the charming outdoor space, ideal for BBQs, firepit chats, and social interactions.

Very nice place. We were only there for one night, but this place would be excellent for a much longer stay. We're two older adult couples, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bath.We didn't bother with the gated parking. We parked right across the street when we got there, so didn't feel the need to move it.We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The place was as advertised. It was very clean and welcoming. My family totally enjoyed their stay. The only issue that I found was that the ice maker had some mold in it from not being use and water left inside. Orher than that I would stay here again. The price is very reasonable and Percy is very responsive.

I am originally from Jackson, MS however, I have been living in Memphis, TN for 10+ years. I enjoy spending time with family/friends, travelling, reading, working out, playing tennis, and trying new adventures (with 'new adventures' mostly meaning new food and restaurants).

Growing up in the south, I have always enjoyed spreading southern hospitality to everyone that I encounter, which is exactly why I love hosting guests. It is my pleasure to provide a safe and well curated space for visitors to enjoy all the city of Memphis has to offer.

I chose this neighborhood because its safe, welcoming, and has a lot of amazing amenities as well. It's also located near all the greatness that downtown Memphis has to offer. You are only a 5 minute drive from the infamous Beale Street, BB King, Orpheum Theatre, FedEx Forum, Bass Pro Pyramid, Tom Lee Park and all of the exciting adventures that downtown Memphis has to offer.

The property is also less than 5 mins from Harbortown (which has great river views, restaurants, grocery store, and other businesses. You'll also be 7 mins from West Memphis, AR which has the Southland Casino and other restaurants to experience in the city as well.

Rustic brick interior, panoramic views, and the interior design all make our property unique. Not to mention, our property has an awesome gym, game room (flex space), and dedicated office space. The breath taking views of the river and downtown Memphis can be seen from all windows, rooms, and the balcony.
