Listen to the ocean from the back deck and enjoy a limited ocean view and shortwalk to the convenient beach access. This house features five bedroomsand three and a half baths on two levels. All bedrooms have TV with cable. First Level: One bedroom has a King bed and en-suite half bath (toilet and sink only). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed. There's a full bathroom in hallway. Second level: One bedroomhas a king bed and en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, and a single bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath. There's also an additional twin rollaway bed available.



Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, one of them only about a block away, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, crock pot. The large family room features 70” flat screen TV with cable and ceiling fan. Additional amenities include high chair, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight; there's also a game table with four stools, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar. A card table and 4 chairs are also available for additional seating. This property is a short walk from the beach access, the community pool and community sound side dock. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Make sure to have your camera ready for some great sunset photos.

This house rents from June 10 to August 19 only and rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is in the carport. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads.
