We really enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for us all to have our own bedrooms. The canal was lovely and the place under the house was comfortable with a tv outside and swings. Very nice neighborhood. Quiet with about 1/4 Mile walk to beach access. Bring a beach wagon. A couple of recommendations for the owners would be to fix the peddle boat. The steering is broken. We used it but, had to use the oars to turn it. We bought life jackets for the children at Walmart and they enjoyed riding in the little boat. Also, having to pick up and drop off the key for the laundry room is kind of unnecessary (in my opinion) Just leaving it inside the house for guests to use would be more convenient. Maybe, that was tried and there were problems. Anyway, we would certainly consider staying again. Great value!
