Welcome to Smith Mountain Lake and to our new 2025 6 bedroom (4 King Beds) home...Blue Water Retreat! The home is just a few feet from the waterfront of SML and in the best location on the lake. This home features a 1500 sq ft dock, 6-person hot tub, covered deck overlooking the lake, and a pool table.

With 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, you can bring the entire family to enjoy quick access to many restaurants, wineries, marinas, and state park hiking trails, all within minutes of Blue Water Retreat. Four bedrooms with King beds means everyone will sleep comfortably after a great day on the lake. Each bedroom has an LED TV, as well as the upstairs living room, lower level living room, and covered deck.

This beautiful lake is why we are here, and with two levels of covered outdoor seating and a large 1-slip dock, you will not miss a second of lake time! Comfortable seating, a 6-person dining table and a large LED TV on the upper deck will be one of your favorite gathering spaces. The dock has comfortable Adirondack chairs, a 6- person dining table, and chaise loungers for enjoying the sun. Deep water at our dock allows for swimming, floating, and enjoying two stand up paddle boards for exploring our large cove. You will not want to miss the sunset from our dock!

The home is set up for your family to have plenty of room for everyone. The main level features a large open living room and kitchen. Large laundry room/pantry off the kitchen and access to covered deck. The master bedroom and queen bedroom are on the main level, with two bathrooms. The lower living room features a pool table, wet bar, ice machine, wine cooler, LED TV, and large sofa. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the lower level with access to the HOT TUB.

This home features Xfinity Wi-Fi for our guests. There is a gas grill and all the kitchen amenities you will need to feed your family.

All guests must abide by POA rules and regulations which are published at the home including, but not limited to, quiet hours between 10PM-7AM and zero wake within 50 feet of the shore/docks.

Blue Water Retreat is conveniently located directly off the main road and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas with boat/jet ski rentals, and wineries.
