Welcome to “On Easy Street” with 4 bedrooms that have King size beds and 1 has two Twin beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Entire home completely renovated since 2023. Spectacular new kitchen with 2 dishwashers and banquet seating for 10 and wet bar. All new LVP - luxury vinyl planking - with a wood look.
Walk straight out from our 3500 square foot home to the large (28'x28') sundeck (no steps). Below is a stationary dock and separate floating dock each with their own swim ladders.
Private 50 foot sandy beach in cove (with no other docks). Enjoy 3 large outdoor tables with umbrellas and a gas grill. Also has 3 chaise lounges and 4 large cushioned chairs. Along the 600' flat shoreline you will find 15 Andirondack chairs. Plenty of room for corn hole or croquet.
We have a large well stocked kitchen, including an extra full-size refrigerator. There is a full size washer/dryer in the utility room. Beautiful views from every room except one bedroom. The bright sunroom is surrounded on three sides by glass as is the 2 story (15'x30') family room.
The house is in sight of Hales Ford bridge and Bridgewater Plaza for all sorts of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, marina, boat and jet ski rentals.
Only 5 minutes by boat.
Smith Mountain can also be seen in the distance. Enjoy sunrise from the family room’s wall of windows and on the decks. Sunsets can be enjoyed from the point under the flag or from the comfort of the covered front porch with large rocking chairs. Over 2500' of decking. Walk into the lake from your private cove and sandy beach. We have 2 kayaks and 2 SUP's - stand up paddle boards - for your use. The dock can accommodate your boat(s) in 15+ feet of water. There is a fixed dock on the beach side for a boat. There is also a floating dock for short term tie ups.
Great house for 3 generations to enjoy. The 2nd floor room has a King and a Twin bed. It also has its own kitchenette and full bathroom with a separate entrance.
This property has a 7-night minimum in the Summer (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day). 3 night minimum during shoulder seasons. Check In 4 PM and Check Out 10 AM each Saturday during the Summer season. Cleaning crew and linen company need this time to refresh the home. Shoulder season check in day can vary. Exterior cameras located on property to view boat lifts, driveway, flag pole, behind house and door entry. This is to confirm linen and cleaning is completed prior to the 4PM check in.

Rental does not include boat lifts. May tie up to either a floating or fixed dock
No pets since we have no way to clean up. Most renters bring 3 generations with young children. Fine is $10,000.
No smoking. Cleaning fee $5000. Professional cleaning service inspects each Saturday and will advise of any infractions.

Great place with lots of amenities like two grills, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, beer cooler, wine cooler, large family style eating table, and an extra ice maker. Also a shallow well protected swimming area for kids to swim without fear any boats getting to close. We will be scheduling next years vacation there shortly.

Family vacation

This was our second year staying at this beautiful home. Three generations stayed, with children age 8 months to 13. We all had so much fun playing in the water, swimming, boating, fishing, being together..Our three year old grandson cried that he did not want to leave when it was time to go. We will be here again next year. A totally wonderful time.

Great house in a great location

Plenty of room. Three generations in our family stayed in the house from June 21, 2025 to June 28, 2025 during a major heat wave. The ice machine was a big hit. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide more shade on the first level of the boating dock. Very little shade while sitting on the dock but a great swimming area next to the dock which all 5 grandchildren enjoyed.

Amazing Get-AWAY

Beautiful views from the point! Lovely beach area to hang out and swim. Morning kayaking and daily paddle boarding. Easy access to Bridgewater Marina to rent boat/jet skis and the grocery store. The Coffee House has amazing pastries. Ample space and privacy for multi family stay. We plan on coming back.

Perfect property for relaxing family fun

My family stayed at this property for a week and had an absolute blast. The views are incredible, the dock is set up perfectly for morning coffee and afternoon beers with a group, and the kitchen accommodated many of us moving in and out regularly. Highly recommend for a big group who wants to be immersed in the lake living experience but also feel comfortable with all the amenities. The owners were very communicative and everything was as expected. Highly recommend!

The sunroom is the beautiful hub of the house. The bathing beach was perfect for young swimmers and boat launching. A few repairs/updates are needed.

Wow. What a great home

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children under 4 (and two 6 month babies) loved this home. The beach was perfect for the toddlers who splashed and played in the shallow water. The party deck was great to hang out on during the day and the house was spacious and updated. You can tell the owners care and they were very responsive. Very glad we found this home and we had a great week

Best house on lake in 7-8 years of coming to SML

Location was great to town and grocery and restaurants. Location on a point with unreal view of lake can’t be beat. Walk out to deck and boat dock was amazing with a small but beautiful beach was topnotch! House was perfect in every aspect. Next summer if our vacation and free time match up with availability this will be our first choice. Thanks.

Lakeside Perfection

This was our first time staying on Easy Street and we couldn’t have asked for more! The newly renovated home is well appointed and allowed our group of 12 ample gathering spaces with spectacular views of the lake. A Great Vacation at Easy Street

The renovations are wonderful. The kitchen has modern appliances plus 2 DW. The bar area has an ice maker and 2 coolers for drinks. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and flatware. So many areas for people to gather or spend quiet time. Love the deck! We could watch the kids skiing by. Comfy chairs too. Our own protected cove. Best vacation ever!

Taking it easy On Easy Street

Perfect location, spacious and well-equipped home, comfy beds, and fabulous views. The kids and adults enjoyed the paddle boards, knacks, and private beach while the old folks enjoyed the porches and deck overlooking the lake. Our son brought his boat so we got to enjoy the lake as well. Keep your eye out for the weasels at play. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Wonderful property in a spectacular location!

We were fortunate to be the first visitors to stay in this newly renovated property which is wonderfully appointed. The property itself is spectacular with a wonderful deck that overlooks the lake and it's large enough to accommodate many people comfortably. The large living spaces are open and welcoming with many amenities including a wine refrigerator ice maker and two dishwashers which makes a big difference when accommodating many people. There is a small beach area with a wonderful fire pit which we used most nights which truly that truly makes this property different from many others on the lake. We had a wonderful vacation, and we plan on returning next year.

Perfect location for family getaway

We had such a good time at this treasure of a house. So close to the water, with such beautiful views! Our kids loved using the provided kayaks and paddle boards and the small cove provided a perfect place out of the way of the power boats on the lake. Plenty of space for our two family group to spread out. The renovations are gorgeous and although the layout was unconventional, the kids loved having their own space upstairs! The house seems to be the envy of all that pass by on their boats! We often saw people pointing over and commenting on what a great property it is! Very few houses on SML have a beach and this one is perfect!

Our Perfect Vacation

It’s hard to believe that the pictures don’t do this hime justice, but the reality is even better! In addition to the beautiful setting, every possible convenience is included. Sheree, the owner, responded immediately to every correspondence, none of which were complaints. Our family of 10 couldn’t have been more comfortable, and the home alone could have been the location of the entire vacation. Then, there’s Smith Mountain Lake! It doesn’t get any better than that!

Family Vacation 2022

We have stayed at this house before and love it there. It is located on its own private cove and has a sandy beach for the little ones. Everyone enjoys the pier from playing games, to sunning, to watching the grandchildren skiing and tubing to fishing. New this year are paddleboards and kayaks which everyone tried. The sunroom has a spectacular view of the lake. There is an extra refrigerator - a necessity for large family gatherings. There is even a table that is great for playing games or working puzzles. We hope to go back again next year.

An extremely unique and convenient property.

The property is very well located, (Right on the water.) and the morning & evening sun views are gorgeous. The house is designed to offer private areas, However there are also gathering rooms that are inviting for 10 to 12. The outside double level deck is accessible without steps. We are a family of 10 and there was an abundance of room for all of us. The host are sincere and honest people, who’s desire is to have you experience a First Class stay at their lovely home. This is a Top-notch Lake home well worth you consideration and enjoyment.
