Off of the kitchen is our favorite little nook in the whole condo....Ideal for casual dining and social interaction, or just a quiet moment for a morning cup of coffee. Additional perks include central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The HOA requires a minimum monthly rental, application and $200 non-refundable application fee submitted at signing of lease. You send this directly to the HOA.

Free parking space available for one vehicle at condo. The garage is not available for parking inside.
