Spend your days relaxing at the heated pool, hot tub or in the rec room with ping pong, foosball and a library. After your sun-soaked adventures, each bedroom offers a Smart TV for endless entertainment. Conveniently right across the street from Caddy's, a popular bar and restaurant. Perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway for couples and families alike!

Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed
Accessibility: Located on Floor 4 - accessible by 4 flights of stairs or use building elevator to access level 4 above parking garage

Beautiful views, Perfect location

We enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. The condo was perfect, amazing views and excellent location. Tom was very informative and accommodating from the very beginning. We will definitely be back.

Everything about the condo was great and the location was excellent. It was close enough to places but was quiet. We loved our stay. The only downside, the pool was cloudy and the filter system didn't seem to work properly.

Relaxing stay

We had plenty of room and everything we needed to enjoy the beach. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub because we are more “beach people” but they looked nice. Fantastic views with the beautiful palm trees right outside the balcony & Gorgeous sunsets. There were some minor differences from the photos. Patio furniture was different and I think some changes at the property & renovations since the last hurricane - some nice landscaping was added but the bbq equipment wasn’t there. That was ok we didn’t plan on using. It was a very chill area of town. The beach wasn’t crowded. There was a very cute little bunny, living in the bushes outside the gate to the beach. Lots of water birds around the beach, saw some lizards too. Lots of shells on the beach We rented a car, it was nice to have the parking spot. Nice to be able to check out the area shop & eat. Nice that caddy’s is right across the street. Guppy’s & Clear Sky restaurants were great. We generally ate breakfast at the condo and for lunch usually got DoorDash or went out. On DoorDash sugar baby was our favorite restaurant. Good sandwiches. Went to John’s pass for shopping and excursions. Parasailing was fun. Recommend doing excursion towards the beginning of a trip because you can talk with locals about things to do and where to eat. We would stay again!

Just perfect

This was our first time at Indian Shores and it was absolutely beautiful. Just the right amount of people. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We had the best vacation and look forward to returning next year. Tom was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. Thank you.

It was the perfect location. The views were amazing. Everything was excellent. The owner was very responsive. The only issue was we only had one elevator working all week and that caused long waits to get up to your room

Great Location and Condo

Perfect location

From the moment I booked Tom/manager was a fabulous communicator about questions I had before and during stay. My family enjoyed this perfect spot. All beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well supplied, and the view every day was spectacular. The heated pool was perfect, and the beach was gorgeous. We loved walking across the street to Caddy’s. Such a fun restaurant with live music and good food. Indian Shores is much better than Clearwater(in our opinion) due to less crowds. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

The location of Sandcastle was perfect for our group! It seems this is the quiet end of the beach….lots of space on the beach! Also, close enough to main roads to go and explore the area. All of the Amenities were spot on. The pool was nice, everyone was friendly and the condo was very clean! Overall we were more than satisfied with our stay!

Pretty Perfect

Description was very accurate. Condo was immaculate. I’ve been traveling the area for 60 years and location is beautiful!!! Pool was amazing. A few items need a bit of updating like bathroom tub surrounds and moldings but did not detract from experience because of cleanliness. Tom responds to questions immediately.

Great Place

I really appreciated all the little extras this condo has. Storage bags, cooler, beach chairs and towels. Very clean and updated. We hope to stay here again!

Early Summer Vacation

This is our first visit to Indian Shores. The beach is really beautiful. I had no idea that the sunsets were right off the balcony. I took more pictures of sunsets than I did of my family. The condo is great, we had plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable, I have never slept so well! There are plenty of chairs at the pool all day so you could come and go and not worry about not having a chair. The hot tub was large but never crowded, so we often had it to ourselves.The main road the condo is on, has a dedicated bike lane and a separate pedestrian lane on both sides. I walked to the bakery at Indian Rock Beach every morning which sort of defeated the purpose of my walk but it was delicious. There is also a bike rental shop nearby which would have been fun as well. We ate dinner at Caddy's right across the street a few times, they have something for everyone. Overall it was a great trip and fun to get to know the area.

Highly recommend!

Wonderful week at a great condo overlooking the Gulf. Owner was very quick to reply to questions and provided a wealth of information regarding the property and area attractions.

Wonderful Property-Wonderful Location

Love the location of this property. Right on the beach and the sunsets are breathtaking. Would highly recommend. This property had nice beach chairs, umbrella, toys, cart for the beach. It also had beach towels for our use. Plenty of towels, tea towels etc. If you have infants they had a pack and play, seat for table, silverware etc. Nice furniture. The property manager is great and if you call or text him he is readily available. We even got in early and went to the beach. We have dealt with the property manager last year and highly recommend him.
