The home is lovely, new and clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and an easy trip from Brookline where we were going for a family gathering. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall it was perfect for our needs, met all our expectations, and we would happily stay there again and likely will do so next winter when we are back for another family holiday gathering.

I am from out of state and booked this home during the holidays to visit my family who all live nearby. Unfortunately, the owner felt compelled to track the number of people visiting on my first night through the front door Ring camera, proceeded to assume that they were all staying overnight, then texted me with the Ring camera photos counting each visitor, and sent me a new bill stating that I had added new overnight guests without notifying her. Needless to say, this was intrusive and rude. Only after I clarified twice and stated how horrible of an experience this was, then Jenny apologized. She never asked first but sent the bill! Subsequent communication was much better but it definitely left a negative feeling for the rest of my stay.The house is very new, modern and beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good size. 3 of the beds were very hard, but the others were comfy. Living area is a bit oddly configured to watch TV, but the open kitchen was great, although not much kitchen supplies to cook a family meal. The stairs were very steep and can be slippery so the supplied slippers were very helpful.
