JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY.

Great rental for a large group, kitchen adequately stocked with utensils and pans for cooking. 4 bathrooms were great to have .House is in need of some repairs and some of the beds mattresses were a bit worn , we were charged for an infant as a full guest, and had to finish (dry/fold/dustribute) the bathroom towels laundry when we arrivedOverall a good rental in a great part of Boston

The house was perfect for our trip to Boston and the surrounding area. Very family friendly and would be a great location to bring a pup (trail right there which we walked on every day and small grass yard). Boston traffic was heavier than we expected but we had no issue taking an Uber to and from either. There’s a little grocery store and Duncan nearby. Quiet area but with convenient amenities. Jenny was very responsive and kind. Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful host. Easy check in. House very roomy and comfortable. Great for family gatherings and furry friends. Great trail to walks your dogs right next to the house. Great back yard if you don’t want to walk the trails with your dog. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Jenny for welcoming us to your home.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given the circumstances of our trip. We were in Boston for my brother’s funeral and faced numerous problems upon arrival. We could not access two bedrooms because the doors were locked, I had to text the host to get the codes. Another bedroom door rubbed against the floor. The refrigerator’s ice maker and filtered water did not work. Although the host offered to reimburse us for ice and water, we didn’t have time to run errands. The closet door in our bedroom was jammed, so we couldn’t hang up clothes, broken window in the kitchen, bent blinds, damaged curtain rod, sheetrock patches with mud on the walls. Some bathrooms were missing washcloths, the ones provided were very thin, few kitchen towels. The sofa was old and had tears, the backs would not stay up. This was difficult for my brother-in-law, who has dementia, because he couldn’t comfortably use the sofa and had to sit in a straight-back chair. The host was apologetic and asked us to be patient and understanding, explaining that things can go awry. I understand that but the number of separate issues during one stay was far beyond what we expected from a VRBO rental. Given that we were there during an already very difficult and emotional time for our family, dealing with these problems made the stay considerably more stressful. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else to stay there.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry again that the stay was stressful, especially given the circumstances of your trip. I would, however, like to clarify a few things so future guests have the full picture as well. We are available 24/7, and when you reached out about the bedroom codes, we provided them within seconds. We also explained that the cleaning crew had left the doors open, but one of them unfortunately closed and locked itself again. They sincerely apologized, and we were able to resolve the issue immediately. Regarding the closet and the ice maker, we also arranged for someone to come and address those issues as soon as you reported them. For the towels, we always keep extra supplies in the basement, and we let you know that you were welcome to use them. We completely understand that there were things that did not meet your expectations, and we acknowledge our responsibility for those issues. At the same time, it is honestly disappointing to feel that the efforts we made to respond and assist you immediately were not reflected in your review. Also I deeply apologize for the sofa issues, we will take a look on that. We’re truly sorry again for the inconvenience, and we sincerely hope that, when sharing your experience. Im writing for our future guests to have a fair and complete understanding of what happened. 🙏

Perfect Spot to Tour Boston Area

This house was clean, pretty, very large, and a perfect location for touring the Boston area. We especially enjoyed the nearby walking path and the quiet location. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to New England.

New England charm

We really liked this house using it as a hub to go visit 6 different states. The rooms were well suited for the group of 8 of us and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. I would stay here again.
