Dear Donald, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our property. It was a pleasure having you stay at our vacation condo. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay and everything about the condo and surrounding area. We have updated the floors in the bedroom and will update the kitchen and bath in the future. We still have some life in them and that is helping us in keeping the price down for our customers. Currently the prices are $250 a night for a one bedroom, $350/night for 2 bedroom in the rest of the building and the units are still not updated and you are not guaranteed Direct Oceanfront Views. At least here your guaranteed a nice clean condo with amazing Direct Oceanfront Views for around $100 a night. We look forward to having you stay at our vacation condo in the near future. Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. M
