Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, in-unit laundry, and a dedicated workspace. For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
