Everything was great, we especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Could use some extra towels but otherwise perfect!

Overall, the house was good. The listing was accurate, and the location was great. The home was well stocked with bath towels, which we appreciated. However, parking with trailers can be challenging. The linens were very well worn, with some sheets showing holes, and the showerheads were just fair. The floors were also quite worn and could use a thorough cleaning. We couldn’t find an emergency contact number when we experienced an issue with the hot water heater, which made resolving the problem difficult.

Nice, some things getting older..carpet. Need better soap, shampoo etc. for the price. Internet was slow and at times unresponsive.

Unit 628 was really nice, I highly recommend it for location, comfort and cleanliness. We had one small problem with the tankless water heater and ended up having cold showers until someone in our party located the error code & was able to reset it. We tried reaching out to the management company, but as it was a Sunday evening, there was no answer.I recommend a "how to" list...lots of rentals have them on the fridge or in a drawer. It would save some frustration on the vacationer's end:)

The Management Group is very accommodating and efficient!The neighborhood is very safe. The Entrada neighborhood is so convenient to town and the parks.The unit was clean and very comfortable!

Soft beds, nice accommodations

We enjoyed all aspects of this home, including the kitchen, bedrooms, soft beds, and the bathrooms. The pool was nice, though one day the hot tube was barely lukewarm; we called the property manager and the next day the hot tub was hot.

Great place and location!

Had 11 ladies stay here for our annual spring mountain bike trip to Moab, and we had a great stay in the condo! It was plenty spacious enough for our large group, and very comfortable. It was great to have a garage to store our bikes, and the pool and hot tub were just across the street which was convenient. Our only complaint was the shower heads were either too aggressive or barely trickling. The shower head in the master bathroom probably needs replacing. The blinds at the sliding back door also had a lot of panes missing, so didn't have much privacy in the evening, so would recommend replacing those blinds. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Love the place

We stayed there once before. The place is roomy, the rooms and the showers are clean. The kitchen has sufficient utensils to cook. The one thing I'd like to see fixed are the blinds in the main back door. Some blinds are missing and it is hard to feel complete privacy.

Great location - very spacious

Our small group came for the local trail marathon. This condo was nicely equipped and had plenty of towels and soaps and things for dinner makings. Bring your own salt ! We had to have morning eggs with just pepper.

Pretty good stay

Our stay was pretty good. The house is very nice and clean. There were a few bugs around the house. Our 3 year old also got hurt because a carpet tack was hanging out of the carpet and cut her knee pretty good. Be careful with the carpet tacks.

Great For Large Families

Overall, very lovely stay for our family of 12. We had fun picking straws to see who got the biggest room, and the kiddos enjoyed having bunk beds and stairs to run up and down. A few things we had issues with that we reported to the property management upon checkout via email, but nothing worth mentioning here since the place and location matched the Vrbo description. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place for large families (we had 8 adults and 4 kids).
