Summary:

Downtown, Just Off Main Street. Private Hot Tub



The Space:

Walk to all of your favorite shops and restaurants! Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhome in Downtown Moab. Just 2 blocks from Main Street. Just a few minute stroll to all your favorite shops and restaurants. This unit also features access to an indoor pool that is open year round. And the brand new hot tub provides a great place to soak after a day of adventures. High Speed wired and Wi-Fi internet access.



Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.



Guest Access:

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. Please reference correspondence from us within Airbnb for provided self-check-in details (i.e. rental address, door code, wifi, etc.). These details are forwarded by us just after reserving.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.



Interaction with Guests:

You can call us with any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

Cleanliness & comfortable beds are my top priorities... & This stay has both!!!Awesome proximity to Arches National Park, our main destination while staying here. Bonus was the private hot tub! Great rental - large- walk to town - very clean and private hot tub was wonderful. Our only complaint was no side tables and lamps in queen bedroom - bed only - twin room needs a bedside lamp and huge living area could use a coffee table - otherwise great !

The location was great in spite of being right across the street from the entrance to an emergency room of a large hospital. The host was VERY responsive! The problem lies with the amount of people this location sleeps vs. the bathroom accommodations and the small dining table. We were a party of 8 and the table seats 6. There are only two bathrooms and the main one only has one sink. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, just limited space in which to use them. The hot tub was a nice addition, but it’s time to replace the cover. Overall we managed, but any more than 8 people in your party, expect there to be some concessions made.

Great place to rest after adventuring around Moab

The house was exactly as advertised and very clean and quiet. It was a great place to rest after spending all day hiking and seeing Moab. It's close enough to main street to walk to many restaurants. *This company did require me to do a virtual background check through Safely. It was a simple process, but I wish that was more obvious before I paid.

Great location

Location was perfect. We walked to Main Street every night for dinner. Indoor pool was just a few houses down. Private outdoor hot tub was wonderful. Few negatives: not enough towels. Only 4 pool towels and 5 shower towels. We were 9 people staying for 3 nights. I emailed property manager and they responded quickly and although they said they had no more pool towels to give us, they brought over more shower towels. Beds were comfy. Extra roll out mattresses were nice but only had sheets for 1. Would stay again.

Moab Spring Break

House was in a fantastic location, can't beat it. Easy access to everything that you need. Worked great for 6 of us traveling together, plenty of room. Would've liked more linen options. Four of us were sharing the main bathroom and there were only two wash cloths and barely enough towels. Only 4 pool/hot tub towels too, so if you have a big group keep that on mind. Pool was also hard to get into, but management was super responsive and helped us get it figured out. Overall, it was a nice experience. Thank you!
