Stay on the 3rd floor of the charming 1870's Ridenour Building in Historic Downtown Bedford!

The first floor contains Juli's Wearable Arts, a higher end shopping area for the ladies and Pinnacle Technologies Central, a place to get help with computer issues.

On the second floor, just below your third-floor sanctuary, there is a spa consisting of suites for massage therapy, manicures/pedicures, foot detox, facials, make-up, and more. Once booked, you can contact us in advance to schedule any of these services during your stay. (Not included in the price of your stay).

The building has an atrium in the middle and beautiful stained-glass windows throughout including each of the suites.

Your space:
A centerpiece of our 3rd floor is our Steelers bar/lounge area. Decorated with autographed pictures of Steelers legends over the years and other Steeler memorabilia, this BYOB bar is great for gatherings or a place to relax and watch the Steelers (or other NFL teams) play. The atrium provides ambiance, and the pool table & hook game allow for that competitive spirit. If Mark is there to greet you when you first arrive, you might enjoy a complimentary margarita, beer, or wine welcome with your stay.

If you prefer to cook instead of enjoying one of our nearby restaurants, our kitchen has about anything you need to prepare a meal. In addition to an oven, refrigerator, and microwave, we have an air fryer, flat grill, and blender for your convenience. Everything is there except for the food and your creative chef abilities to create that gourmet meal.

Our dining area provides a place to enjoy your meal, have a team meeting, or enjoy a relaxing conversation. The kitchen opens to this area and the large tv can be viewed from both areas. Our closet has games and books to be enjoyed by our guests.

There are a total of four bathrooms to be shared amongst the guests. Everything you need is provided to include bath towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Each room has a mirrored table, steamer, and blow dryer to get ready.

We have washer/dryer that is available for use by our guests.

We have installed a chair lift up the back stairwell for people having a hard time with the steps.

Each bedroom suite is uniquely decorated and has a beautiful arched stained-glass window adding to the ambience. The granite top desks are great for doing work on your laptop or getting ready for an evening out.

All bedroom suites are equipped with an ice maker, water cooler, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Each room has a wardrobe closet containing bath towels, wash clothes, hamper, hair dryer, steamer, first aid kit, tool kit, and fire extinguisher. The Roku TVs are connected to You Tube TV so you will be able to relax and watch your favorite shows/events in privacy. Each room also has a white noise machine to help with sleep by drowning out any outside noises.

Reserved parking spaces are located across the street to allow for up to seven cars to park comfortably during your entire stay. With the numerous specialty stores and restaurants in the local vicinity within walking distance, you can park your cars upon arrival and not worry about them until you are ready to leave.
