Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, or take a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Concord’s shops, restaurants, and farmers market. Located in the heart of the Hospital District, this quiet and convenient getaway also offers limited private parking on a first-come basis—everything you need for comfort and ease.

Parties
Overnight Guests that are not listed in booking
No children left unattended at any time
Smoking/drugs, including marijuana and e-cigarettes anywhere on the premises (whether indoors or outside)
Candles
Please limit your use of the private parking at the end of the driveway to one space, and park any additional cars on the street.
