**Check-in and Check-out**

• Please adhere to the scheduled times.
• Access Code: Do not share the access code with unregistered guests.
• Guest Limit: A maximum of 8 guests per reservation unless otherwise arranged.
• Parties and Gatherings: No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
• Feminine Products: Dispose of all feminine products in the bin beside the toilet.
• Our property uses a safety tank that may get clogged if unwanted items are flushed, resulting in fines/charges.
• Security: Please close windows and lock doors when you are away.
• Damages: Any damages will result in charges for repair/replacement and a ban • from future bookings.

**Using the Appliances**

• Washer and Dryer: Located in the bedroom hallway downstairs

**Outdoor Amenities**

• Gas BBQ: Available outside for your use. Enjoy grilling your favorite meals!
• Bonfire Pits: There is a bonfire pits in the backyard, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.
• Balcony: The balcony at the back of the house is great for stargazing and sitting by the river.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, balconies, decks, or within 9 meters of the home. A $150 fine will be charged for any violations.
