Perfect for ski trips, summer adventures, or relaxing under the stars. With 3 bedrooms, 3 living/game areas, and 2.5 baths, this modern alpine retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy your own private hot tub, open-concept living spaces, dramatic scenic vistas, and easy access to outdoor recreation — the ultimate base for mountain fun and Park City exploration.

This home is made for gathering and play. With three separate living/game areas you'll find brand new designer furnishings, a Shuffleboard table, a Poker table, a Classic arcade machine, Multiple smart TVs, a Sonos sound system, and a collection of games. Whether you're winding down after skiing or challenging friends to a game night, there's space for everyone to hang out or escape to quiet — all while enjoying the stunning mountain views and the sparkling Jordanelle below.

The open main floor connects the living room, balcony, and dining area to a gourmet, fully equipped kitchen — ideal for meal prep and entertaining. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, plenty of storage, dishes, cooking utensils, and both a Keurig and a Drip coffee maker.
