Welcome to our bright and spacious 5-bedroom home in Vancouver West.
Excellent location:
• 4 km to Downtown

• 1 single bedroom and half bathroom on the main floor.
Facilities:
• Full kitchen and laundry facilities. AC in all bedrooms on the second floor.
Cleanliness:
• A professional team ensures cleanliness for your comfort and hygiene.
Please be aware that you will have exclusive access to the main and upper levels; the basement is occupied by other residents. The basement has a separate entrance and is a distinct space. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
No parties, pets, or smoking indoors are allowed. If you have visitors, please ensure the total number of people on the property does not exceed 12, as required by city bylaw.
