Just steps from the Seawall, bordering Olympic Village and Iconic Main Street, with a 99/100 Walk Score. Quick and easy access to Roger’s Arena, BC Place, the Downtown Financial and Entertainment Districts, Vancouver General Hospital, and much more. All new Designer Furniture, Premium Kitchenware and Fun Modern Artwork added in 2024.

The Space:

Corner unit with lofty 10’ plus ceilings and huge windows providing lots of natural light.

2 proper bedrooms with blackout blinds and king-size, ultra-premium, BeautyRest “Exquisite” mattresses. 2 beautifully finished full bathrooms, 1 with heated floors. An additional high quality “Article” memory foam sofa-bed is available in the living room for extra guests.

Open concept, fully equipped chef’s kitchen and dining room with premium appliances and upscale “Kravitz Design” seating.

A separate, quiet, dedicated office/workspace with a sit-stand desk and ergonomic chair is provided.

The nearly 200 square foot patio provides your own private separate entrance, covered dining, lounge chairs and a high-powered “Napoleon” natural gas BBQ.

Ample closet space throughout. Proper, full size, high-efficiency washer and dryer.

1 secure underground parking stall is included, additional paid parking is available.

Fully accessible, with no stairs, for any of our mobility challenged guests. Although this a newer listing, please note the previous owner had over 80 five star reviews.

Our Strata requires all guests sign a “Form K” acknowledging the building’s rules and bylaws, and agreeing to abide by them.
The included underground parking stall has plenty of width, but “small car” designation due to limited length. Large SUVs or trucks will not fit.
Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Only those guests described and approved by the host in messaging, are permitted on the property.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We would gladly stay here again — highly recommended!

This pet friendly place with super walkability is ideal for hitting the trails that surround the city. Well stocked and clean condo. We will return.

Kitchen well outfitted and very clean design. All was great! Location of the unit is very good with parking that is easily accessible. Museum, stadium, waterfront all very close to this location.

Wonderful location, beautiful apartment

Close to everything food and bars, very nice walking area and a short drive to downtown. The apartment itself was super nice and very spacious. I'll stay here again!

Great experience

Great location, can walk to everything. Check in was very easy, and the condo was clean and roomy. Hosts are very communicative and allowed a late check out for those with a later flight. Overall, highly recommend.

Excellent Property

We loved our time at Tom & Lindsay's place. It was exactly as described online. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen was so nice and organized which I loved and the place was extremely clean. I would recommend this place for short or long term stays. Also, loved that it was close to Starbucks, Urban Fare (groceries and food) and close to other local bars and restaurants.

A gem!

My research lab decided to book a place together for the NeurIPS conference in Vancouver, and this was absolutely perfect! Everybody had enough room (huge beds), there was space to relax after a long day of presentations/meetings (lot of comfortable shared space), and it was a great home base for exploring Vancouver. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with, and we'll definitely be back! :)

Desired a two bedroom two bath home close to BC Place. Was absolutely delighted not only with the location but the well appointed and literally brand new appliances and pristine property! In a dynamic and safe neighborhood close to gelato and groceries along with fun coffee shops, our own parking space and outdoor patio for the win! Comfortable king sized beds with a Chef’s kitchen and televisions in every room, we were very happy with our accommodations! Highly recommend! Fantastic communication with host and they even left treats for our dog! Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönen modernen Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist es ideal für 4 Erwachsene. Die Küche ist aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend. Viele Attraktionen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber helfen gerne bei Fragen und Problemen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
