The host was very accommodating and answered any questions we had very quickly. The house was perfect for our needs and the location was great. I was surprised how quiet it was and that I could easily find parking. Would definitely book again.

Family reunion and wedding

We were ten adults and three children. It was a clean spacious house. Comfortable beds, a quiet and central location. The owner was very helpful and would respond in minutes to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Friends reunion trip

Jen was a wonderful host. House and location are great. We enjoyed walking in Queen Elizabeth Park and had a lovely meal at Seasons Restaurant there. Highly recommend this property.

This property was very well suited to our needs. We cook our meals and this kitchen has been the best stocked kitchen we’ve had. It could use another fry pan but we made do nicely. We were surprised that there was an undisclosed tenant downstairs. The quiet hours were no problem but we rise early to work out which includes jumping jacks. There were no complaints but we still would have liked to been informedThe bedrooms were great and having 4 bathrooms was such a plus. The amenities were first rate. Plus everything was cleanWe’d definitely stay here again. Family gave it high ratings

Due to Vancouver’s short-term rental regulations, the property must be the owner’s primary residence, so I assumed guests would be aware of this. However, you do have your own private entrance and there will be no interaction with us at all. I sincerely apologize for not informing you of this in advance. We stayed here as we were going to a concert with 10 of our friends and it was a great stay, very clean, everything you need, and comfy beds! Would definitely recommend

Great house, Great location

We had 11 people easily fit in this home. It's beautiful and you can tell it's been taken good care of. Loved being so close to Queen Elizabeth Park with the pickle ball courts and beautiful gardens. The host responded immediately every time I emailed her. We would love to stay here again.

Good location, value and host communication

Three generations of my family stayed here ahead of our wedding, and it was amazing to find a house that accommodated everyone, was in a good location, and was reasonably priced. They thoroughly enjoyed their time here and told me they would stay again. My sister left her Kindle behind, and the host was quick to find it and arrange a handover.

Very Comfortable Property

We very much enjoyed our stay, the property was as expected and very comfortable. The rear covered patio area was our gathering spot for the warm evenings we stayed there. If there was one complaint, was that while there was coffee provided, there was no tea available - only a very small inconvenience.

Large bedrooms, small common area

The home has 7 bedrooms adequate for a large group. However, the multiple bedrooms sacrificed a family room and dining room. Consequently, the only shared space is a fairly small living room.

Clean, comfortable house in a upscale location

Jenny allowed us to check in early and greeted us. The house was super clean and the neighborhood was safe. Unfortunately, we cannot control the house temperature and the rooms downstairs were a little cold at night. However, overall it was good and our family of 10 stayed comfortably. Coffee shops were walking distance but generally needs a car to get around. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Graduation Trip

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Jenny’s home is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for cooking and sharing meals. One of our favorite spots was the bonus patio area, ideal for enjoying a meal.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, pleasant walk to Queen Elizabeth Park. We loved spending time at the pickleball and basketball courts, and the park itself is a wonderful place for an evening stroll, especially at sunset. The views were breathtaking!This home truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you are a large group, this is the place to choose - all the bedrooms are excellent with comfortable beds and cotton sheets. We’d love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great Homr in s Great Location

There was plenty of room in this well-appointed home in a great location. We had 7 adults ( three couples and a single ) Each couple and our single had our own full bathroom. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. There was a dining room table with eight chairs (a great place to play games). We walked to the Translink train (1/2 mile) two days in a row and traveled all over Vancouver. We bought the day pass for only $11.50CA. It covers every form of transportation. The are also many restaurants and coffee shops within half a mile. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Queen Elizabeth Park is walking distance as well. Check out Seasons in the Park restaurant! I could go on and on. I loved it at Jenny's place.
